Great Experience All Around

I brought the, 2006 Chrysler 300 in, for the Takata Air Bag problem. I also, had to purchase, a new battery, which the price was, a bit high, for a 36 month battery, I also, had an oil change performed. Danielle Calhoun, wrote me up, and did a great job.

Great Impression

Nice atmosphere. Brady treated us just like family! Tommy Burton made me feel really special when he came out to us when we we're cleaning out our Tahoe....and thanked us again for purchasing from Howard Wilson!!

Very Professional

It went ok.Sale did an great job.Was slow on getting me finance.An slow get truck clean up.But over all great service.

Fast Response

When I stopped by Howard Wilson Chrysler car lot, I was greeted by Mr. James McElroy (great personality). I told him that I wanted to look at the Dodge Chargers, got a chance to test drive and told him I was just looking. But, after testing driving the Dodge Charger, I knew this is what I wanted. Mr. McElroy started the purchase process immediately. Tony explained all the options for payments and was very detailed through the whole process, within a hour I was able to drive my new ride home. Great staff!

Fun experience!

came for oil change. Wait time was reasonable. Cashier lady was much more pleasant than previous girl who was always surly.

feeling like family

Driving a 2002 Dakota Quad Cab I came to see Tony as I was curious about the new EcoDiesel 1500. Kevin Moffitt showed me one and I was convinced I wanted one. Ordered a 2016 on July 15th and it came in on September 15th. Beautiful truck with every option I wanted.

Great Customer Service

Jimmy is great to work with. I ask for him every time I need something. I had two issues with my Jeep and thought I was going to have to leave it 2 seperate times ( I live in Glutstat so very much a pain) but Jimmy surprised me and had it done in the one visit. And done to my satisfaction! He deserves a little Bonus, don't ya think?

The Service Manager and Danielle went above and beyond to work with me and my insurance company to get the glass replaced in my back passenger side for my new Jeep Renegade.
