My service agent Darwin saved my visit from long and

My service agent Darwin saved my visit from long and boring to worthwhile and returning. I’ll come back and get my tires from him next week! It’s hard to find someone a car owner can trust and I believe Darwin is doing a great job for Honda and myself as well.

Gabrielle Thomas is awesome!

Gabrielle Thomas is awesome! She stays on top of things and keeps me in the loop. Everything is efficient and thorough. The charging ports, coffee machine, free water and snack bar are also much appreciated.

The process is how you'd expect.

The process is how you'd expect. Extremely long. You ask for water and the sales consultant forgets it. My largest complaint is the registration process. For the life of me, I cant understand why it takes over 1.5 months to receive a blue sticker when everything was already registered and paid for to get the car. I've still yet to receive it as I write this review, and it has been that long since I've purchased. So overall, it's an okay dealership with nice cars and prices. The process however... not so much fun
