Misrepresentation before sale • Said tank was full → wasn’t • Said wipers/filter were new → weren’t • Failure to complete promised repairs • Scratches and bumper never properly fixed • Possible safety/quality issues at delivery • Alignment problem right after purchase • Repeated inconvenience & extra cost • Multiple 59-mile trips • Potential health issue • Allergy reaction (possible pet dander not disclosed)

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I repeat DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. This place has horrible business practices. They’re manager “Alli Hashimi” lets the staff treat customers any kind of way and they are not honest about the processing of your vehicles. I have purchased a vehicle from them January, and have since then been given the run around for almost two months about where my hard tags are. Their title clerk Donya thinks nobody has common sense enough to know when they’re being lied to. Their title clerk Jema Gardizi is a liar as well. She will tell you your call is important and she will get back to you, which will not happen. The finance manager Patrick Baker claims to have been doing this job for a long time, but was not able to supply my vehicles financier with the paystubs in a timely manner. Which resulted in their business not getting the payment for my vehicle purchase. They treat you like you have no idea what is involved in buying a car, and every one will pass the responsibility on to the next person with no accountability. This place does not have your best interest at heart when trying to purchase a vehicle. No matter the cost of the car whether it’s $200,000 or $20,000 everybody needs to be respected and treated like your business matters. To avoid a headache and being lied to, and not getting true transparency that you would want in a dealership. Take your business elsewhere because this is not the place to buy a car from

Buying my first car felt a little intimidating at first, but Kingstowne Motorcars made it surprisingly easy. Ali walked me through every step, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time.
