Buy somewhere else

Think twice before buying here and check the car completely! The car I was sold was completely dry, no oil, gas, or coolant. I was instructed to take the car to their service location which isn’t far from the dealership. They informed me the spar tire in the truck was the wrong size. So they took it and never replaced it. Always the tire is on back order. I stopped trying brought my own but it still bothers me. Never got the feeling of a “New car”. They reimbursed me of course.

Business development

BUYER BEWARE!! Make sure you double check the carfax/Vin number when purchasing from the dealership!!! This dealership advertised the price and car features incorrectly. Then when I brought that to the sales/GM (BRAD) he was very rude and immature and actually encouraged me to write this review! He said I was trying to strong-arm him because I wanted to understand why they advertised a different price. So here are the facts I found when dealing with this place: - price on their (dealer’s) website AND cars.com both showed the same advertised price (I have screen shots of all!!). However, when I questioned this with the sales rep he claimed those were all wrong and that the price was $2000 more than the price. - advertised as an Audi Premium Plus trim... upon my own VIN search, it was only a Premium - you will have to constantly call if you have questions. The reps are EXTREMELY slow and never returned my calls. I have purchased our last three cars from dealers outside of my state and have NEVER experienced anything like this before. Not sure how they received the rating that they did under Brad’s management. He’s terrible!!! Definitely not customer friendly at all!!o

This is truly "Sad" that someone from 1,000s miles away would use reviews to try and get a lower price. THANK YOU to all the 1000's of NECC Guests that have a wonderful experience and come back for multiple vehicles and send family and friends.

Wow!! I had the best experience with everyone at Northeast Car Connection-all I can say is Wow and thank you!! Everyone was so friendly - it was an easy and relaxed process, they were so attentive, we ate some pizza, took a test drive, had some laughs, talked about the money and I walked off the lot with the car I spotted when I arrived - it took some magic on Brian’s end because my credit isn’t so great but they worked with me and worked hard to get me in my new car - which I LOVE!! I was a little nervous and worried about how it would go today , since i never bought a car on my own before but Pat was really patient and thorough. He has a really welcoming way about him and this was such a pleasant experience! I wasn’t expecting it to be so great, but I plan to refer anyone I know looking for a car to head right on over to Northeast Car Connection - and ask for Pat!!!

Great Place, Great people

I was referred to NE car connection and was not let down. I was able to work with Pat Daly. He made us feel comfortable and worked with us the whole way. He kept us in mind when the perfect vehicle came in and fit us perfectly. I will definitely go back to upgrade or buy another vehicle.

Excellent Service

Everything was great, while working with the staff there. They ensured that all my needs were met and they worked diligently to guarantee quality service. My sister was able to walk out with the car that she wanted. She was extremely happy and pleased with the service she received.

Car has major defects

Bought a Camry with aftermarket fuel tank installed. Consumes too much gas. Went back to them twice and they told me to go to some other dealer.

Trying to get them to buy back their car .

I was very disappointed in the service this time after buying a car in the past. It came out that I was over charged $10,000 for a car I can't get out of now.
