They got me in immediately when I showed up with a flat

They got me in immediately when I showed up with a flat tire. The guy behind the desk offered to do it himself to get me in and out quickly.

The Service Rep, Brandt, was very helpful by keeping me

The Service Rep, Brandt, was very helpful by keeping me informed as to the progress with the servicing of my car. In addition he took the time to sit in the car with me to answer my numerous questions about the features of my hybrid car.
