Very clean dealership.

Very clean dealership. Bailey at the service desk has been outstanding all 3 of my visits for maintenance. Miranda in sales, was also a very kind and charming young Lady. Overall, a very good service department in the dealership! Keep up the good work!

I had Elijah whom I scheduled an appointment with him and

I had Elijah whom I scheduled an appointment with him and he had not even started the inspection report 4 days later. I got an appointment 2 days later after asking for him to help me. I picked up my car and didn’t get it seen at all because he would not tell me when it would be ready (again after 4 days. He spoke to me in a condescending manner. I will not be coming back again. This was the worse service I’ve experienced.

Made an appointment after reaching out through Cars.

Made an appointment after reaching out through Cars.com. I arrived a few minutes early and Eric was cooling the car off as I walked in. He greeted me shortly after and we talked about the car for a few minutes. Eric seemed knowledgeable about the car and we took a short test drive. I was happy with the car and made the deck to buy. On the downside, Eric knew little about my trade-in, thinking that my RX8 had a similar engine. I was frustrated that a cash deal took three hours to complete—with no haggling over price or trade value. Shae (finance) knew her forms. Explaining each, where to initial, and where to sign. Existing warranty and optional add-ones were throughly explained. 10 days later and my check hasn’t been deposited. Overall, 3 out of 5.

My Sales Person was Collin and he was very helpful and

My Sales Person was Collin and he was very helpful and professional! He went beyond the call of duty to make sure all my needs were met. He was very patient with me as I probably wasn’t the easiest person to satisfy! LOL! Everyone else there was also very professional as well as the finance manage Rocio. This is a great place to do business!!!
