I’d like to give a big shout out to Troy for being so helpful and addressing the issues with my car. He took the time to actually listen and understand the problem I was experiencing and was able to properly relay that to mechanics to solve the issue. Wow! After a little of back and forth with a competing dealer, we contacted Horne to see if they could make the process much simpler and beat the deal we were going back and forth on with the other dealership. They definitely came through, making it so easy and pleasant to purchase the car. No haggling, just straightforward communication from a very pleasant team, who always made sure our questions were answered.
