Stay away from Horne Mazda Tempe.

Stay away from Horne Mazda Tempe. They have deceptive sales practices in the Service Department. I did give them a chance to return my phone calls and emails to the Service Manager and General Manager to no avail. Background I worked at a Dealer and have Degree in Automotive and Diesel. I took my mother in-laws car for an Oil Change and tire rotation. The service advisor came to me an advised that there were 2 nails in one of the tires and told me I should just get 4 new tires from them for over 1k. There is only 29k on tires that could go 50k. I told her no and she proceeded to tell me that I could get a ticket if I was pulled over. Cause my 2019 tires are old. I laughed and said no again. She insisted I could get a ticket. So many other people would have been suckered in to buying in fear of getting a ticket. I wonder how often they use that fear tactic to sell something that isn't needed. I took the car to Costco to have nails removed they laughed as well and told me tires were fine. Beware!

Justin Walker was amazing!

Justin Walker was amazing! He did not pressure me to buy a certain car and allowed to roam around and search for the CX-5 I wanted. Then Missael Lopez Chavez walked me through the financial part of the transaction and got me an INCREDIBLE interest rate for my loan. Every employee there was kind and helpful; I felt relaxed throughout the entire process!

Terrible service, they sold me a car with no AC, then I

Terrible service, they sold me a car with no AC, then I had to take it in to get the AC fix. Gabrielle in Service was awful to deal with. The first time they just charged it with freon and the AC worked for one day, then it stopped. I had to take it back and Gabrielle would not call me back for 3 weeks, I finally asked to be changed service advisor, and they gave me Troy who is very efficient. I took the car in and they fixed the condenser, then I went to pick it up and the AC still didn't work. They kept if for another 4 days and finally changed the compressor. Mazda obviously is lacking in the Quality Control of both new cars, and then in their service department. No apology has been made for selling me a defective car, nor for wasting all the time trying to get it fixed. I will not be purchasing another Mazda car in the future.

From start to finish, this was a great car buying

From start to finish, this was a great car buying experience! Collin was super helpful and spent plenty of time showing me different models and explaining the features and value for each. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy, but ended up loving the CX-30. The financing process was a breeze and the finance manager made sure to go over everything in my contract. Overall, this is a great place to buy a car!

Never been treated worse at a stealership.

Never been treated worse at a stealership. Contacted the General Manager to complain and he couldn't even be bothered to respond. Run to any other dealership in town.

This dealership pulled a bait and switch.

This dealership pulled a bait and switch. Not one but two members of the sales team told me they could go with my OTD offer on a vehicle and they came back with some ridiculous quote where they made up a ridiculously high number, applied a discount (which brought it to my offer), then charged me with thousands of dollars in add-ons and fees which, at the end of the day, they wouldn’t back down on. They wasted my time and theirs just to toy with me and then tell me to jog on. DON’T GO HERE FOR A FAIR DEAL OR GOOD USE OF TIME!
