very bad experience

they tried everything to get the most from you and that'a all they care. need to stay away if you are purchasing. Chose other Volvo dealers.

Terrible dealer

horrible place to shop from. They have all the tricks to rip you off and that’s all they care about. Stay away and chose another dealer

total rip off. Stay away!

The trade-in value they insist on my old car is 21k. While Carmax offers instant offer @28k and KBB trade-in deal they offer 29k. They claim they do not jack up the price----true, but they will rip you off somewhere else. I should have confirmed the trade-in value first before going there, my fault. All other dealers I see, are offering something very close to KBB value. Totally a waste of my time going there. Be careful and stay away!

Fantastic and Seamless Experience

AK and Tony made the entire experience seamless! They were attentive and flexible through the whole process. The new facility is beautiful and the car (Recharge) has exceeded expectations. This was our second time buying from McKevitt and it is worth the trip from the Peninsula!

Brian is My Guy and he's always on point in keeping me abreast of repair timeline as well as any additional work that is needed AND informs me of costs prior to executing the job. I am looking forward to buying my next Volvo from them!

No Integrity

This dealership has no integrity at all. I was interested in a pre-owned Subaru Outback that McKevitt Volvo had for sale. After some back and forth via text with Akmal Khakimov, one of their salespeople, we agreed on a price. I asked them to send me the paperwork for the deal and asked how to arrange a deposit. Akmal said he would be in the next day and would send it over. The next day I did not hear from Akmal, so I reached out to him. He then told me they sold the car despite the fact that we had agreed to the deal and I had offered to put a deposit down. They completely wasted my time and lost a customer just to make a few bucks.

No Integrity

Internet sales manager Jay Hite is a true professional and very easy to work with. He was never pushy but kept us in the loop in the search for our new car on a daily basis. He found the one we wanted and we’re now proud owners of a new XC90.

Buying a Car During a Pandemic

I received quotes from San Francisco, Walnut Creek, and Burlingame and Adam Abughosh was the most responsive and conscientious and he gave me a competitive price. I also appreciated all the social distancing measures that McKevitt had implemented. I talked to Burlingame about doing a test drive, but they would have had a salesperson in the back seat of the car with me, which made me feel uncomfortable. I was really nervous about buying a car during this time, but Adam and McKevitt made it a remarkably easy, low stress experience.

Jay and Tony are wonderful people

I would like to tell everyone how Jay Hite greeted us with smile and helped my wife find the car she fell in love with. We have been looking and shopping for while now and the amount of people that approached us like it was a bad day was far too many over the past month. Jay made me feel like he cared about finding the best fit for my wife and work with our budget to get the car we could afford. Also Tony Lagalo in finance was wonderful person to help sort out all the options and financing we needed to sort through to make it work within our means. Thank you both for your wonderful attitude and clear information we needed to make the decision on this purchase of our beautiful new XC60. If i could give an extra Star to the the 5 star review I would gladly do it.
