The service from car connections on my online purchase was awesome. It was actually alot easier than I had every purchased even at the dealership.

Wade was such a nice guy throughout the whole process. He was vey honest and transparent when it came down to dealing with the business side of cars. I would definitely recommend him to others!

I just so happened to stumble upon the exact Jeep I have been wanting for almost 2 years, low miles, and thousands less than other dealers and book value and it was just meant to be. Wade from the get go was very generous, willing to help, and excellent at communicating. He even had the vehicle delivered to me when I couldn’t get to the city to pick it up at no cost. There was a small mishap with the vehicle’s engine as there can be with any vehicle, especially a used one, but the second I noticed and told Wade, he offered for me to take it to a dealership closer to me for diagnoses, and even paid for it up front so there were no issues. I can’t think of any other dealership who would do that for a customer, so I highly highly commend him for his excellent customer service. This car buying experience has been the easiest and most worry free I have ever heard of. Thank you again, Wade, for everything!!

Wade and Darren were very friendly and professional. The car was described accurately and very clean inside and out. There was no pressure at all on making the sale and it was a very quick and easy transaction. One of the best car buying experiences we've had.

Wade was very snippy on the phone and when scheduling a time to pick up the vehicle which should have been a red flag. When I purchased the vehicle from him in-person he was fine but as soon as I had issues with the car after the fact he was very rude and aggressive and suggested there was no recourse I could take. I now have a car that needs several thousand dollars worth of repairs that I could have purchased locally.

Don't let the small car lot stigma sway you. Wade is the last guy you'd expect to experience on a car lot, but always wish you could. Perfect salesman - no pressure, easy going, up-front. Our time availability was limited & Wade accommodated us very well. The vehicle was priced below market value and super clean. I will most likely check his inventory first for our next purchase. I was looking for a Lexus RX 350 locally however I could not find one. I ended finding a 2015 Lexus RX 350 at Car Connections. However, I never purchased online before so I was a little skeptical. Wade made the process simple and easy and answered all my questions and concerns. I ended up purchasing it without even seeing it on 11/15 and had it in my driveway on 11/19.

We bought a 2012 Kia Soul from Tony and my wife had to do the leg work with myself at work. She saw the car listed, contacted Tony and he said: "you were the first person to call so I will hold it to look at". She went the next morning and he said:" so we don't need to go back and forth, here is the price: $xxxx and I only make $xxx on it as you can see I have low overhead". We already knew it was a great price from our searching over the last month. She drove it and bought it! I would go to Tony when I want to sell my car, get a new one.

After I totaled my car, I searched on the internet for a replacement. I was interested in a Honda because of their reputation for high miles. Seeing a couple at Car Connections/MC Auto LLC, I went to the lot to look. One had been sold, the other was being checked at a mechanic. In conversation with the agent, I was convinced that a Toyota would be a similar vehicle for longevity. He showed me a Lexus (made by Toyota) and I test-drove it. I really liked the car. In the office, Darrin was 100% honest and low key with me. He told me that they don't finance; I was able to get the loan with my credit union and get back to the car lot the same day. He made certain that I understood the purchase was "as is" with no warranty. Because of the smooth test drive, I was willing to take a chance. Both Darrin and Mike were helpful and honest in answering my questions. I could have been easy prey for them; I am 68 and a woman alone. The office was small but there was great air conditioning and a comfortable seat. Nothing snazzy here, just hard-working men trying to fit a car to a customer. I would certainly look here again if I needed a vehicle.
