Wade didn't push me to buy a car, in fact just the opposite. He had a car I wanted and worked with me on the price but I still wasn't sure so he told me to hold off and he would find me the perfect car. Thats what we are doing and i hope we make a deal soon.

My husband happened across Car Connections as we were looking to buy a pre-owned/used vehicle after we had been given the run around at a few other larger luxury dealerships. We are absolutely in LOVE with our new-to-us Lexus and cannot express our gratitude enough for the ease of the entire transaction. Not only did Wade offer us a fair amount for our trade-ins, our new-to-us car was in impeccable shape. (He encouraged us to have it checked out anywhere we wanted and it checked out beautifully.) Gone are the days of dealing with high-pressure larger dealerships with less than desirable experiences (and salesmen)...Wade is our new "go-to" for future vehicle purchases.

I am an Indian(South Asia) male going on 30s and I made my first car purchase within 2 months of my arrival in US - thanks to Highline Car Connections and the sole man running it, Mr.Wade - I now drive a decent 2006 BMW 325xi. I had went around a few dealers before coming across Highline Car Connections in cars.com and the pictures looked good, more over the reviews were even better. My budget was around 10K and most of the suvs/cars i saw were kinda looked good, but i knew deep down it was not a right choice. Me being a family man ,primary choice was SUV of Japanese make, BMW/Audi were kind of enthusiasts' brands and were trying to avoid them consciously. But the look and feel of this BMW got me sold. Mr.Wade has an eye for good quality used cars for sure and his reputation here made me buy it the very next day even without doing a pre purchase inspection. I asked him if he would take care of anything that comes up in the next 1 month under the warranty he provided. His reply was not so encouraging and he started saying that I need to understand that a 7 year old car for 1/3rd of the msrp would have some issues. Even after knowing that BMWs are not cheap to fix, I went ahead purchasing it, my bad. I took the car to Baron BMW and they gave me an elaborate estimate of 3000$, a few of them were ignore-able. But one item that made me gasp was the engine and transmission oil leak which would cost me around 1500$ to fix. Just for the sake of it, I called Mr.Wade and he went "I don't understand why you are calling me? Its your liability, you are supposed to spend money on a 7 year old car... You can take it to a local mechanic and get it fixed for far less" So I asked, what does your warranty cover? He goes "Mechanical failure to the drive train, that is if the car drops dead, I will fix it" That was a cold answer to me. So I took her to a local mechanic and the other immediate issues were fixed for half the estimate of Baron, but the transmission and engine oil leak would still require 1500$ to fix. To all those who are reading this review - Mr. Wade has eye for good cars, but nothing good after sales. Just make sure that you check everything before you buy, so that you are not left feeling bittersweet. I would still recommend him , but if I get a chance to deal with him again, I will think twice.

I had been in the market for a used fairly low-mileage Highlander for about 2 months. I did my homework as far as researching local car dealers (used and new). Car Connections was on my "short" list. When I stopped by to take my initial test drive of the Highlander that I was interested in, Wade was very knowledgable of the car and was very upfront about all of its maintanance history. He said that the car had just come in, needed new tires, and he would detail it out and put new tires on it. Even though Wade did not take my first offer, he came extremely close to it; and once I came back for a second test drive after the car being detailed and new tires, I closed on the deal. Fast forward two and a half weeks....my car battery died. I called Wade to inquire about a possible warranty on my battery. First of all, he seemed surprised that I had a dead battery, but he was willing to pay for a new replacement. Wade was down to earth, honest, and good to work with. I would consider buying another car from him.

My wife and I recently bought a car from Wade at Car Connections and I will tell you that it was BY FAR the best buying process we've EVER had. There weren't any sales tricks or pressure whatsoever. Wade was very honest, respectful and knowledgeable...here is the most important - he's trustworthy! We will not hesitate to recommend Car Connections to our friends and family or whoever will listen. There was one slight problem with an engine light coming on shortly after buying our Benz and Wade had us get it fixed and worked with the servicing dealer...wow, how about a guy who actually cares?! If you're reading this: Take a hard look at what this dealership offers - if there is a car you're interested in stop by and see Wade because he'll be real with you! I am as skeptical as they come when buying cars so please take it from me - this is MUST to shop Car Connections during your buying process.

I valued both for different reasons, and Wade was able to figure that out, without pressuring me to buy. Just asking my situation and finding out the types of things I value in a new-to-me vehicle. I am very happy with the car I purchased, and the price was right, as are most the vehicles. Many foreign models to choose from at competitive if not very appealing prices. The prices span the range from very affordable in the low $1000's and up over $20k. I would recommend!!
