I worked with Andy Brouer in closing this deal for Steve Anderson/Dave Pearson. He was very personable & made me feel welcome, as did Dave. I road the Amtrak from Indy to Union Station then took the Metra out to Palatine where my nephew picked me up & brought me to Rockford. After about 5 and a half hours of travel, I was pleased that a deal was struck & that I will be driving home a new, used truck that is in mint condition for my husband. He has been in need of a new vehicle for over a year so I am ecstatic that the search is over & he will be driving a much safer truck...It is even red for Christmas! I found the whole process went very smoothly and the dealership to be a very nice place to do business. :)

I have been going here for years. The staff is friendly and does not pressure me into making unnecessary repairs. The waiting area is modern and comfortable, with cozy chairs, HDTV, free coffee, etc. Very satisfied overall.

He didn't try to push us towards anything we didn't want. he actually laid info and facts out between two different cars we were looking at and expressed his opinion on which was better. in his opinion the cheaper of the two was a more reliable car. great salesman great dealer
