Joe Schlute greeting you in the morning makes your day. He is very helpful and very kind. Manny Moreno is the best service advisor. He is very honest about what needs to be done with your car and what can wait. And they do an amazing job fixing my car every time. We bring all six of our cars to this dealership. And will never take it anywhere else.

We came to Toyota of Irvine on a Saturday, ready to buy a

We came to Toyota of Irvine on a Saturday, ready to buy a car. After a long back-and-forth with their team, we finally agreed on all the terms: the car price, the interest rate, and the trade-in value. We even signed an agreement and paid a $1,000 deposit to reserve the vehicle that was scheduled to arrive in a few days. By Wednesday, they called to say the car was in. We drove 45 minutes, excited to wrap things up only to be hit with a classic bait-and-switch. After waiting two hours, they brought out the paperwork but nothing matched what we had agreed on: The interest rate had more than doubled. The trade-in value was $3,000 lower than what was promised. And then came the insult on top of the injury. When we asked, “What happened to the interest rate we agreed on?”, their response was: “Oh, okay, we’ll honor it.” Really? We already agreed to it, signed paperwork, and paid a deposit why were they trying to change it in the first place? This wasn’t a misunderstanding; it was a deliberate attempt to push a worse deal and see if we’d take the bait. This experience was shady, manipulative, and completely unprofessional. The worst part? They acted like it was business as usual. Toyota of Irvine wasted our time, tried to take advantage of us, and only backed down when we pushed back. If you value honesty, transparency, and being treated with respect stay far away from this dealership. There are plenty of places that won’t play games with your money and trust.

This whole dealership was truly a waste of time.

This whole dealership was truly a waste of time. They quoted us on a number out the door, a number on my trade in, which they appraised and when the car got in a few days later for pick up they lower my trade in value by a couple thousand. Brice and his whole team there are a.bunch of liars and frauds.
