Bought a Certified Pre Owned from this dealer from out of

Bought a Certified Pre Owned from this dealer from out of state. The car pretty much sold itself, I did all the research to confirm it was right car for me. I drove same year and model locally to confirm choice. Only thing the dealer had to do was process paperwork. Their contact with me was always after I reached out to them. Terrible follow up, no proactivity and never confirmed that I understood the process and each step. For a $75k car, really bad service, likely because I was out of state, so no chance for Service revenue or future sales.

We picked up our brand new 2020 Land Rover Defender from...

We picked up our brand new 2020 Land Rover Defender from JLR West Chester today. The entire process, not ideal these days because of the general shortage of cars and semiconductors right now, was seamless, transparent, and honest, thanks to our great salesperson, Michael Johns. MJ found me a highly sought-after model, and still managed to give me a better price than I had seen anywhere. More so, he did this all over text message, which is such a good way to buy a vehicle. MJ has everything arranged, and I just showed up to quickly sign and pay, and off I drove! MJ even arranged transportation from Philadelphia to the dealership. Truly above and beyond. Thank you, MJ and the team at West Chester Land Rover. We love our new Defender.

Out To Lunch While I Sit Waiting and Nothing Gets Done!

Guys. Seriously??!! Sitting here 2.5 hours now ... just asked you for an update on my car and you tell me that basically nothing has been done yet.... while also mentioning that the service team was out to lunch for an hour. Really? I take a day off work for this? You couldn't give me an update an hour into service that you would be out to lunch for a good part of the time and that my "laundry list" of items I came in for was going to take more time?! You didn't think to send me home with a loaner/rental ?? Even more curious why your online booking system even let me book an 11am appointment with the selection, "Wait for Vehicle", if your entire service department is out to lunch at that time!? By far the most unprofessional service ever! Ps ... one of the items on my list was to fix the keyless entry ... you said it was fixed (reflashed). Came out to test it. Still not working. Asken Len to test ... still not working. Then you tell me I only have keyless locking...come on guys .... keyless ENTRY has worked for me in the past .... intermittently. Now your shop foreman is telling me that my model doesn't have this feature??? It used to work AND my owners manual has instructions on how it operates. Sorry shop foreman, you lose on this one. Other matters during this visit that were just as worse... rather than slamming this dealership any more, I asked the Service Manager to call me. Still waiting for that call.... Seems like you guys are more than just out to lunch!

It doesn't get any better than this!

I was an out-of-state buyer and literally the customer service and the transaction could not have been any better whatsoever . I purchased this car from Oklahoma having no knowledge of this dealership, and cannot see how they could have improved on absolutely anything throughout the entire process., impressive based upon my past experiences in purchasing a car from anywhere in the past.
