So let me be clear. I have no issues with anything however price does not reflect what you actually end up paying. They add on nearly $1000 for reconditioning... etc etc. xxx. Why don’t you add that to price in first place. I moved on.
I was ready to purchase the car when I reviewed the purchase order and saw a fee of 450.00 for the tag and title for Virginia. When I contacted the Virginia... DMV they said the cost for new license plates and title was 82.00. When I asked why they were charging 450.00 in addition to their 300.00 processing fee, they stated that was company policy. I believe this was totally deceitful and would never do business with them.
I enjoyed the sales experience with Steve Gonzalez. Steve was professional and knew his cars well...Steve was knowledgeable about the car and Lexus which... was refreshing and, more importantly, beneficial to me throughout the buying process. Steve listened to my needs and wants which made my purchase easy. I was going to buy a different car, but with Steve's knowledge I decided on a Lexus ES350. I would strongly recommend him.
I had a disappointing experience with a rude and unhelpful salesman here. He did little more than provide the keys for our test drives, which took a total... of about an hour. It was busy that day, so I can understand his inattentiveness, but he was patronizing and short during our subsequent email exchanges as well. When I later informed him that I purchased from another dealer, his response (copied/pasted from his email) was, “oooohhh, I am so glad I was lucky enough to be involved with 4 test drives on a busy Saturday. Lucky me I needed the practice.” There are other dealerships nearby that will provide better service than I received here, and I suggest that others take their business to them instead.
The service manager there ( Bill M) very nasty person , don’t know how to talk with people. I got appointments on Friday When I came they told me I don’t... have it, I got on Monday, so I have to go back on Monday, they he come out again and told me I don’t have it, but the way he talked very nasty
Worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. They sold me a damaged certified vehicle with a cracked mirror, after I discovered it, they pretended... like they didn’t know about it . Rudeness everywhere in this dealership, especially Kevin furred, general sales manager, and also Dan Morgan. After I explain to them what had happened, how I was lied to by the sales person Sherwood, they got very defensive and were very nasty to me, Kevin for even hung up the phone on me and told me never to call the dealership again, attempted to speak with the owner of which never even contacted me back after several attempts, rude. Wow, what an inspiringly pain-free experience. Cassidy Drummond is the best sales representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I came to... Lexus of Towson after having mediocre (at best) experiences at other Lexus dealerships, one of which I leased my 2016 NX at. When it came time to turn in the vehicle, I decided to give Towson a shot given that my father has also had great experiences here. Cassidy laid out my options, didn't put pressure on me at all, and answered every question I had. He truly worked with me and did his best to offer the best deal possible. I left with a 2019 NX because of that sense of comfort that he provided; I am extremely grateful to have worked with him and plan to continue doing business with this dealership, as well as sending family and friends here. Fast forward to my 5K service. I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea Django. She was extremely sensitive to the limits of my schedule and provided service that absolutely surpassed my expectations. She is extremely knowledgable and straightforward. My SOS light was constantly red, which is understandably concerning for a brand new car, but she eased my tension with a thorough explanation and plans moving forward. Thank you to the Lexus of Towson team for always providing exceptional service with a friendly presentation! I don't know what the leadership here is doing, but its working! Looking forward to my next service!

I purchased my first Lexus from Lexus of Towson in 2009 - and I am happy to report that based on my most recent purchase, these guys know wat they are... doing. From the moment i walked ino the showroom to writing a check for my 2018 ES, the entire process was entirely stress-less. My sales consultant was a pleasure to deal with and he made the entire process very relaxing. I probably won’t need another Lexus for a few years, but when i do, I will definetly head right back to Lexus of Towson.
