Dealership was incredibly responsive to my inquiry - they were really great to work with. I ended up buying a car elsewhere, but J&S Autohaus was a pleasure to deal with.

Top notch place. Very easy to do business with, everyone was friendly and inviting. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

Scammers.

Scammers. They look for desperate clout chasers that is willing to overpay for cars. They had a car for sale that I was interested in. I reached out to them and they said that they were negotiable on the price and to come in. I did and after running my credit and finding out how much I was willing to put down the car, the car wasn’t negotiable anymore. The car was priced at $3500 more than the average market price and they offered me 3% more than what I qualify for on the interest rate. I told them that kbb, Edmonds, truecar, carmax and mmr is valuing the car $3000-$7000 less that what they had the car listed for, they told it it’s just a guide line but it doesn’t apply to them. It’s funny to me that when you hit them with the same lowball tactic that George tells everyone it doesn’t apply to them. With excellent credit and paying down 50% of the car they were unable to work with me. After doing more research I found out that what dealerships are currently doing. They are including everyone’s commission into the price of the car/truck applying a small discount to trick you in believing that they are doing you a favor but it’s not a favor. Buyers beware of this shady behavior.

Just frustrating to try and deal with online.

Just frustrating to try and deal with online. Sought them out specifically after watching their YouTube over and over. Put up a review, removed it after thinking there was miscommunication. They won't provide a quote through email no matter how many days you go back and forth. They won't entertain or budge on offers, even if they're more expensive than a CPO by the time you add warranty. I buy one car per year and won't even consider their postings from now on

Salesman Filip was very helpful and patient with me and my angry wife. He exhausted all options for us and at the end was able to help me get my dream car..charger hellcat..would recommend anyone to this dealership if you want people to try and get you into your dream car

Called and asked about looking at a car.

Called and asked about looking at a car. They said they’d get back to me twice. Called at 9:15 after they opened three other times and got nobody. Really sad, they had a beautiful car I was ready to buy and missed the opportunity.
