Horrible.
Horrible. The fix to my vehicle is still not acceptable and the service manager did not show up for a scheduled appointment that he suggested. He also never called to say he could not make the appointment. I find that rude and disrespectful. This was after he called me to try and make the situation right. This was also after the 2nd time the dealership replaced the part.
