Absolutely worst service I have ever received. I took my new Ram truck with 29k miles on it into be serviced because the transmission was slipping. I purchased the extended warranty as well so I knew I would be fine. I actually left my truck with them while I went on vacation. They were supposed to fix the transmission, do a tire rotation and change the oil. When I showed up 8 days later to pick up the truck, they had not even touched my truck. There was much back and forth conversations and they ended up giving me a loaner for nearly another week. I went back to the dealership to pick up the truck after being told all was fixed. When I drove off the lot, the transmission slammed gears as if nothing was done. The dealership told me I had to drive it another 2500+ miles before they could even look at it again. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service. Paul in the service department is the worst liar I have run across. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. The entire service department is a JOKE. This dealership is TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY.

Don't trust this dealership
I was in touch with the internet salesman David Monday morning to hold a truck for me and everything was good. So I drove 6 hours to the dealership and after the test drive they told me it was sold and tried to sell me a used truck for more than the new truck price. The used car manager gave me a look when I told him the price of the new truck vs the used truck but at least the other salesman said I was correct. I overlooked the previous bad reviews but I should have believed them because I drove 6 hours for nothing but bs. Horrible way to do business, don’t buy from this place because they don’t care about you at all.

Avoid this place like the plague
Sales staff is rude, disrespectful, and deceitful. I was hung up on multiple times, told there were no managers to talk to, then never received a callback from their CRM. All while being pointedly polite so I couldn’t be blamed. After reading more reviews from the last year, I’m kind of glad they proudly displayed their unprofessional, disingenuous, and shady practices before I got locked into business with them. One reviewer had a serious safety issue they dismissed and then refused to make right. Yikes, the repeat customer reviews are even worse. This place clearly went downhill fast.

I have tried to buy a car here twice over the past three and a half years and had unpleasant experiences each time. Back in 2016, when I was trying to buy my Dodge Challenger, I came in and looked at the inventory. They had a great selection of vehicles. I knew what I wanted but I wasn’t in a hurry to buy because the vehicle I had worked perfectly fine. Nonetheless, I looked, test drive, and found THE car. When I sat down with the sales guy, I gave him my budget and what I wasn’t willing to compromise in the car. He pulled numbers, then went to speak to the sales manager. When he came back, he gave me the worst finance option EVER. My payment was $300-$400 more than what I told him I budgeted for. PLUS, he asked me to put more money down. I told him that I was upfront about my bottom line and I that I wouldn’t be able swing anything more than that. He kept trying to wheel and deal me so I ended up walking away. The next day he called me and asked me how I was. I let him know that I was good and on the way to sign papers for my new car. He then asked me if the other dealership had been able to meet my parameters and I let him know that they could. He asked to call me back so I said that was fine. 15 minutes later... He calls me saying that they could match the deal!!! WHAT IN THE HECK! Anyway, needless to say, Tomball Dodge didn’t get the sale. Fast forward to 3.5 years later... I’m ready to trade my car in for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I went to the gentleman who assisted in my first car purchase but unfortunately they didn’t have any inventory in stock, or not for what I was looking for at least... I decided I’d give Tomball Dodge another chance. I mean, maybe the sales guy was just bad at his job. Anyway, I walked in, probably a little too aggressive, but I know what I want. I also don’t think that what I’m asking is too far fetched either. I meet with a gentleman named David. He was really cool, patient, and showed me what there was. I found something I wanted and he gave me the walk through of the Jeep. He really did a good job of presenting the vehicle. When we went to talk business, he seemed really confident in what he could do for me. I went over all the details of what I wanted for trade in, let him know what my current loan interest was, what I was prepared to pay as a down payment, and what I wanted my monthly payments to look like. He went back to give the manager my info, run my credit, and when he came back... it was basically the same type business I experienced before. He wanted me to put more down, low balled me On the trade, my payments were $200-$300 more than was I wanted to pay and he blamed my credit. I let him know I wasn’t happy and I wasn’t going to buy under those circumstances. He went back and the manager came out and speak to me. This man also seemed very nice. I went over my concerns, he came up on the trade and let me know that the loan options could change but that they would have to call on Monday. I said okay, and he told me someone would call me ON MONDAY. It’s now Friday. I haven’t heard from anyone and I even called on Wednesday to follow up. The receptionist said that either David or the manager would call me back.... I left my name and number just to make sure. Still, I haven’t heard anything. I also failed to mention, that when they took my car for appraisal, they never brought it back until I was already fed up and way past ready to leave. Oh, and when I was leaving they had the audacity to ask me if my experience was better than the time before. So, in my opinion, go somewhere else. These people don’t do honest business and know nothing about REAL customer service. At the end of the day, even if they aren’t willing to meet my criteria, they should have called and said so. Their lack of follow up showed me how shady this group of sales people are. Surface kindness will kill a business.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware . Shop Pre-Owned At Your Own Risk, a given, but still not honorable. Was handed one key at the last moment, without prior disclosure of having only one key. $500 Dollars for replacement key and programming. Inquired about brakes as the steering wheel shook. Was assured they passed inspection. Vehicle developed mechanical grinding noise within 10 days. Called and was told to bring it in two days later. Was across town so took it to local dealer as I didn't want to risk further damage. Rotors were badly warped, needed to be replaced. $345 job. Called my original salesperson to see if they would cover, left several messages, did not get any response, as I was told it needed immediate remedy at local dealer. Tomball Dodge would not cover the repair. Was told should have driven it in, (safety issue) or they would have towed it in. Explained lack of communication with original salesperson, but nothing was done to remedy the situation. Vehicle also has bad belt tensioner they said they would take a look at, $520 dollar repair, but after seeing the way they acted with brake rotor issue, why bother. Traded in a great car that they sold in ten days, when I bought a car from them, but they wouldn't cover something that should have been fixed prior. $1300 dollars to get car I just bought to run safely and not worry about losing only key. Gained a customer, lost a customer. They don't value used car customers. At least not this one.

Lack of knowledge
Lack of knowledge about factory extended warranty. 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee affected by leather instrument panel top. Basically the leather dash has delaminated and has large waves in it. Very easy to see. It should of been an easy 3 step process per the FCA letter. First dealer inspection then ordering parts that will take 3-5 months to show up and setting an appointment to replace the old dash. Unfortunately they said said I had to leave my car with them for up to 2 days and rent a car at my own expense. I was very confused by this because it is a top dash that you can see has delaminated from 10 feet away. Per the FCA letter all that is required is a “dealer inspection”. To confirm Tomball Jeep / Dodge story about needing up to two days for the inspection I called Demontrond jeep in conroe and they said they were familiar with the process and it would take 30 minutes to complete the dealer inspection. Even the manager of service dept. at Tomball Jerp informed me that they needed my car for a couple days. Such a shame because I gave them a 5 star review this 1st time I stopped into their service department. Unfortunately 50/50 is not good enough for me to make the drive back to them.

Jimmy George was an awesome sales person to deal with! Took the time listen to what I was looking for and found me what I wanted. Winnie followed up quickly and was extremely professional and personable. Great buying experience overall with no hard sell techniques.

They are very hard working in making a great deal
Very helpful and wotked hard to make the deal I was happy with. Johnathen Perez made a lot of trips to the deal box and I walked away feeling like I was part of the Dodge Ram family.
