Colonial Subaru helped get me into my dream car. From sales to finance to driving out of the lot I felt cared for supported and gently guided the entire process. The staff was kind and patient about me making a decision. They followed up and communicated super clear about their deals and helping me understand what my options were. I am grateful to Rob, Q and Jim for making my experience in buying the first new car in a long time a pleasant one.

Rob at Colonial Subaru patiently waited until I eventually made my mind up and bought a 2026 Crosstrek. We had talked earlier this year where he presented the options in the range I was looking at. As a first time buyer of a new car, I was more than a little hesitant, but Rob and the team at Colonial Subaru helped me get a clear picture of what I was getting into, without trying to force my hand or decision. Thank you Rob, Q and the rest of the team!

Easy intro to service, all inside, I was provided a loaner vehicle, which did not take a lot of time, I was called when my car was ready and when I picked it up it took no time at all.

After a very stressful situation that left us needing cars quickly, Khavy was amazing. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We’ll definitely return to Colonial Subaru and work with Khavy again when it’s time for our youngest to get a car.

It was a pleasure working with Khavy. He is soft spoken and low key. Khavy was very thorough in asking questions to best help select which model of car would meet my needs. He took his time explaining how the various features of the car worked. Khavy did this for both the Forester & Outback. He is also very thoughtful. I walk with a cane and Khavy didn’t run ahead of me through the showroom to get outside to the cars. He was considerate of the fact that I move slowly. I would highly recommend Khavy to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru.

Working with Rob was a pleasant experience. He was responsive, professional, personable and helpful concerning the transition of purchasing my new Forester and trading in my older Outback. I have been the happy owner of four Subarus and have always had exceptional customer service from Colonial. Rob is a perfect example of a quality team member which is why I keep coming back to Colonial Subaru
