Been bringing my Subaru there ever since I bought it two years ago service is outstanding customer service is okay but I will be bringing my car back there most of the time it's a little more expensive but it's worth it thank you

Customer Service at Subaru is the best..Art Azzarito in Service listened to what was going wrong with my car today, and corrected it.. I appreciate the kindness always, when I talk to you. Air conditioner on the blink.

Air conditioner on the blink. Went online and discovered a specific service bulletin -- the car has an issue with AC. Little did I know the service department at Colonial was turning that defect into a profit center. Sad. Will never return.

Does Not Honor Their Promises

Recently I purchased a used car from this dealership and at delivery it was noticed the door lock did not work. The sales manager promised to fix. subsequently when dropping off the car to get repaired the General Manager stated that there was a balance due for registration. In response it was pointed out that the contract amount was paid and nothing in the contract indicated it was open to any further charges. I cannot recall when a customer had the ability to go back to a dealership and renegotiate the price after delivery and executed contract. at that time the GM said that they don't need to do the repair. (unbelievable) As a veteran and senior citizen, I am appalled at how I was treated since any amount is painful during these times (why I could only buy a used car) This dealership can certainty afford the $300 but I cannot. How these people acted is unacceptable and downright disgraceful. I can do the repair myself for a couple of dollars but needed others especially veterans and seniors to be aware of their practices of reneging on a verbal promise.

Took my 2019 Subaru Ascent in for an oil change and

Took my 2019 Subaru Ascent in for an oil change and annual inspections yesterday. I want to highlight my interactions with Shantell, the receptionist in the service dept. She is the personification of the face of good customer service, making sure you're checked in quickly and efficiently, tracking your vehicle work progress and providing detailed summary of work results. She also suggested future short term maintenance needs (tires for winter, replace rear brake pads). She even helped me save some money with a service discount currently running...every little bit helps. I will be back. Kudos, Shantell!!!

In late May I purchased a 2022 Legacy Touring XT from Colonial. They were fair and receptive vis-a-vis the price and valued my trade in within market parameters.
