Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! Terrible customer service woman as well! Called and made an appointment last week to bring my truck in for routine oil change and rotate tires and my Toyota is not originally bought from this place either it’s originally from Utah but I purchased it in Indiana and I’m supposed to be able to go to any Toyota dealership for any maintenance. So yesterday I Drive 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there to Bergeron motors iron mtn for my 2pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation and I’m literally barely walking through the entrance doors with my daughter and her friend and right away some lady rudely asked if it was my truck she had pointed out at in the parking lot and told me nope we can’t do it your truck won’t fit on our lift. I’m like your kidding I drove that far for nothing and her reply to that was “it’s not my problem, you didn’t buy your vehicle through us so I don’t know what to tell you “ I couldn’t believe it!! My trucks oil changes and everything else even the lift kit and tires were done at Toyota dealerships and her telling me my truck won’t fit on the lift because it has a lift kit on it was xx and just how awfully rude and dismissive she was just I can’t even believe they have her still working there now that I went Through the multiple bad reviews she has on her and the company online but was my bad on not doing my research on them first. Don’t waste your time unless you want to be treated like complete crap and completely screwed and dismissed like I myself was and many others!!! I’ve never had a dealership treat me so poorly in the first 10 seconds of walking through the front doors let alone at all period!! Y’all wasted my gas my time and should be ashamed having people working for your business that treat people that way especially in front of my daughter and her friend!!! Unbelievable!! Unprofessional and will never ever step foot there again!

Fair evaluation for trade, kind service, great deal.

Fair evaluation for trade, kind service, great deal. Love the used car we just bought for our daughter at price better than KBB and the new car we bought for ourselves.

Bad Attitude

I was only given 1 key fob when I recently bought my Toyota Rav4 in Green Bay, WI. They suggested I go to a local Toyota dealership in my town (Bergeron of Iron Mountain, MI) to have a second one made and they would reimburse me the cost. When I arrived at the sparsely filled lot (grand total of 12 cars for sale) and not a single customer in sight, I was treated as if I were asking them to build me a new car on the spot and not simply requesting a spare key to be made. Kim Fox was the worst so-called customer service person I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with (or in my case, attempting to do business with). She immediately told me in an exasperated, dismissal tone "well, ordering keys will be very expensive, and there's difficulty getting chips. It will take months to fulfill this order for you and I would need all kinds of information." Right away I knew she was giving me the brush off but I persisted. I told her money is my concern, not hers. And I wasn't in a hurry to get one made, however long it takes, I could wait. And whatever information she needed, I could give her. She then asked if my VIN was in their system and I said no. I bought the vehicle out of town. That's when she became downright rude! "That's typical for another dealership to pass you off on us for something they couldn't provide", she told me. "What makes you think we can give you a key if they couldn't?" I was quite frankly pissed off at that point. Toyota is Toyota lady! I wanted to scream. And business is business! Instead, I told her that it doesn't sound as if she wants to order me one and she said "No, I'm not putting you in our system for months on end over a key." I had to walk away at that point before I said something equally as rude. Kim has been with Bergeron for far too long. Her mannerisms and pure laziness screams of "I'm retiring soon and don't give a crap". All I can say is Kim, if you're that miserable, maybe now is better than later to leave. You're no good to anybody anyway with a xxxx poor attitude like that. To end my horror story, on the flip side, I made one phone call to Toyota in Escanaba, MI in which I spoke to a super friendly guy named Dan. In less than 5 minutes, he took my order, got my VIN, name and ph# and said there's no back-log or chip issues and that the key would arrive at their dealership in 3 days!! Kim had lied to my face. As for me telling him sheepishly that I bought the car elsewhere and asked if that was a problem? "No problem at all" he said. Toyota is Toyota. Now that's true professionalism!

Best Toyota dealer around!

We’ve been searching for a new Sienna for over a year. Finally lucked out and got one from Bergeron. It’s the second new car we’ve bought from them. Even in this day and age they didn’t gouge me on the price. No hidden fees or ridiculous dealer add ons. My experience is that the Bergeron family is top notch and decent people. I recommend this dealership.

What a joke

Terrible customer service. I have heard horror stories throughout the years how poorly they had treated people and found out first hand. There lot has been near empty for two years. If you buy from somewhere else, plan on them never servicing it even though they are Toyota certified. The service man even told me he would change my oil but the front told him no. I called over ten times to set appt, was hung up on, treated beyond poorly and told someone would call me back which was a joke. I suggest anyone having similar situations to record conversations and call Toyota headquarters. If you read the reviews on them you will see exactly all the same issues I had. They should NOT be representing Toyotas values. Thank god for Rhinelander Toyota. They offered to come to my home and pick up my car for service but went the extra mile as a dealership should.

Best car purchase experience

This was by far the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Great quality cars, along with the expertise of the Bergeron family made it so easy. From the higher price we received on our trade in, to the discount on the vehicle we were purchasing, to the bottle of wine and box of chocolates we received, everything went seamlessly! Highly recommend this car dealership!! Great family business! They all work together for benefit of the customer. Thank you Brian, Kim, Nicole, Scott and Adrian!!

Beyond Happy!

From top to bottom this company is first rate. It is a family owned business and you can tell. Everyone helps everyone and makes your purchase run smooth and with no problems. I purchased a '09 Venzus. It looks and runs like a 2018. Any little problem that had to be fixed was and I knew my car was totally safe. I have never been so happy over a purchase of a car. Thank you Bergeron Toyota Family

Really like this dealership

We have bought 10 Toyota vehicles from Bergeron Toyota. New and used. Cars , vans and trucks. Every experience has been great. Their attention to detail, friendliness overall service has been exceptional. I have looked at other regional dealerships on prices and they are not any higher than others. Sure if you shop around enough you may find a vehicle somewhere else a little cheaper. But the same could be said about their dealership it just depends on what you are looking for at the time. We only deal with them
