To all my American! This is the most worst and unforgettable experience dealing with Chuck Toyota. A lot broken promise, and not keeping the word’s. I bought my 21 Toyota tundra on 3/19/226. i’m very disappointment in the vehicle that I purchased in the sales pitch that they have given to me. I worked for the United States Navy. I suggest and recommend it if you’re gonna buy the Next Toyota do not buy from Chuck Toyota!!!

Junior Lopez was a joy to work with. After I explained the limits I had to work within he made it happen. I heartily recommend him for working your deal. I communicated with him online until he picked me up (my car had been totaled in a hit and run) and took me to the dealership. He was polite and most kind and helpful. I must add the caveat that I am a 74 year old woman with several disabilities. My most outstanding characteristic is that I speak my mind without fail.

Found a Truck. They told me to put in a credit app. After that they kept giving me the run around, then ghosted me. Finally got a hold of someone 5 days later. Credit app was approved, but they sold the vehicle to someone else leaving me with -5pts to my credit score and no vehicle, was told they would get back to me if something came up. They are obviously only out to get their quota for credit apps. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Outstanding Service and Compassionate Team This past weekend, my college-aged son and his friends found themselves stranded late Friday night multiple states away from home due to a broken water pump. With college classes starting Monday, they needed to get back home by Sunday. First thing Saturday morning, we called Chuck Hutton Toyota and were fortunate to speak with Brian Hicks, the Service Drive Manager. Brian was nothing short of amazing—kind, understanding, and proactive about the situation. Thanks to Brian’s exceptional coordination, the car was repaired that same day, and my son was back on the road by 1 PM. Everyone we encountered, from the parts department to the service department, was incredibly helpful and professional. Even though this dealership isn’t local to us, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you, Brian, and the entire Chuck Hutton Toyota team, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!

Chuck Hutton’s sales person (Sarah) went way out of her way to make my purchase of a 2024 Tacoma a very pleasant experience. My delivery kept being extended through no fault of the dealership but in the end Sarah drove my new Tacoma over 200 miles on her day off to deliver it to my door. Thank you Sarah and Chuck Hutton. I love my new truck.
