I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent car purchase agreement. I paid a $2,000 deposit for a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered November 2024. Despite this agreement, I have not received the car, nor have I been given any updates on its status. Repeated attempts to communicate with the sales representative and the dealership have been fruitless, often leading to unanswered calls or being directed to voicemail. The initial handling of my order also raised concerns, as the listing for the car remained online even after my purchase. Despite assurances that the vehicle was on its way, the only update I received was a vague notification of a possible delivery in early the following year, with no further details provided. My efforts to seek clarity or any sort of communication have been consistently ignored. This lack of communication and the dealership's refusal to refund my deposit when requested are completely unacceptable. I understand that delays can happen, but holding my money indefinitely without providing the promised product or service is unprofessional and appears to be a shady business practice. I am left with no choice but to seek a refund and pursue other options, as I have lost confidence in this transaction.

Our 2020 toyota forerunner needed a seal on the roof. When we went back for it to be installed on March 24, the wrong part had been ordered. Keep in mind that we are 2 hours away. We were told the correct part would be ordered and we would be contacted when it came in. The only time we were contacted was on June 6, to ask if we still wanted the part as it was about to be sent back. Of course we wanted the part and would have traveled there immediately had we been notified in a timely manner. We did go and get it installed and will not be back.

I brought my 2019 Tacoma in regarding a check engine light and the engine sounds like it's going to stall while sitting at a red light. Chuck Hutton couldn't diagnose the problem however, they changed the wind shield wiper blades 44.98 , added fluid to the battery 7.95 , tuned the fuel induction system 179.00 , and rotated the tire 59.00. I have a slow leak in the front left tire and guess what it's still on the front t left after the tire rotation. If the work doesn't get done you've been charged for, and the truck constantly tries to stall, with the engine light on, then how can you be certain any of the work done. I've been ripped off many times in my life, and I'll take my business elsewhere.
