We took our truck to Toyota of Danville.

We took our truck to Toyota of Danville. Asked for oil change and window fell out of track. They called said it would be about $600 to fix window. I said I don't have that much for that. Then they wanted to change wipers. We changed 2 months ago. Then sparks and plugs. We said no just change oil. Go to pick it up. $275. Checking the window was $175. Terrible people. Be aware they will do more then you ask. Double charge you.

Pushy salesman.

Pushy salesman. Seth is a clown who think he's honest yet wildly deviant. GM of Sales is also a straight up xxxxxxx. They're nice until you say something they don't like then their demeanor changes instantly and they want nothing to do with you. Way to go on being self-centered, self-believing, entitled, etc. When all you care about is money you're a piece of xxxx.

LEMONS ARE FOR LEMONADE

So my brother Cory, who has muscular dystrophy (a dehibilitating disease which has weakened him through the years)takes what bit of money he was able to save up n stuff, while being on disability) went Toyota of Danville to get a decent car. Cory has never had a newer car and something he’s proud of. He was so happy, and within the next 12 hours he found that they sold him an ABSOLUTE piece of xxxx Mitsubishi Lancer. Yeah, the red one you had seen posted everywhere. Toyota refuses to help him fix this car or make it right. Cory spent hundreds of dollars already trying to fix this car and it’s issues. He has called Toyota multiple times (yes, being a d!xx at times too) to be hung up on and told they are not doing anything. He was told when he bought it he had 15 days to return if there was any issues. TODAY is day 15 and he has talked to them MULTIPLE times about issues with the vehicle. This isn’t the first time this has happened to people. Something similar happened to me a few years ago when I bought my Outlander there. I’d love to get the word out there so people will stop getting xxxx on when buying used cars from there. It’s a shame that they are screwing my brother over, ESPECIALLY when he traded in his paid off car and he has nothing now but a lump of metal in the driveway (barely as it kept dying in the middle of the road). Feel free to share or tag whoever you want. This is xxxxxxxx.

Ladies beware!!

If you are shopping alone without a male, you should avoid trying to deal with Toyota Danville. Very condescending & arrogance is the treatment you will receive. I do not need a salesperson to ride along while test driving a vehicle, nor should I be expected to. They claim to be liable for the insurance, when in fact, my insurance would cover any damage that occurred. (I checked with my agent). Too many dealerships available to put up with this behavior. Went to Carmack to test drive a truck. They took a copy of my license, handed me the keys and said "see you when you get back". Toyota lost my business.
