Bad experience

Trying to make a deal with my salesman and waited one week for an answer had to reach out to again for the second time to learn that the car was no longer available. Poor salesmanship. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Good experience

Michael Bautista was great! He was very patient and let me look over the car as much as I needed. Service fixed all issues with the car previous to the sale. Although I wish the price could have been a bit lower overall I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend this dealer to others.

Very rude staff.

Very rude staff. Mr Paul is a horror in Customer Service. He showed the door to an elderly customer for only asking to negotiate interest rate. So if you know the difference between 8.9 and 9. something and you are smart enough to care, then you are not welcomed there. This is what they write on their website : 'Motors customers were always treated by Mr. Reynolds and his staff like family. ' WHAT THE HECK? THIS IS HOW TO BEHAVE WITH VATERANS?
