I've always had terrible experiences at dealerships in the past. I always had to steel myself to go in and "negotiate" by being ready to walk out, etc. Or worse, getting a car pushed on me that I didn't want. This is not true for Falmouth Toyota. They really are unlike any dealership I've ever visited. No pressure, they listen to what you want and find it. They help with everything, and they are completely honest and transparent about the process. Now, in the span of just 1 year we've purchased a brand new Tundra and a used Highlander from them. if you stop in, ask for Maria! She's the best! Thank you Falmouth Toyota!

Not happy I could not get car inspected, TWICE, found Rider and Kyle rude. I went to FT because of the service dept

This year I traded in that 2016 SR5 for a new 2024 TRD Sport. It was nice to see Coby right there at the same desk I met him at 9 years ago.
