My experience with Falmouth Toyota was the best and easiest experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. The staff was courteous and very professional. We were limited for time when making our recent purchase and were able to put together a purchase in the least amount of time I have ever done in purchasing a vehicle. Follow up and delivery of my purchased vehicle surpassed all my expectations. My sincere thanks to Shallana Medina whose professionalism and courtesy made all the difference in putting together everything for this purchase. Excellent work, Falmouth Toyota is first on my list for my next purchase.

I purchased a new Avalon after having bought my last ten vehicles from another Toyota dealer. I had some reservations in that my permanent home is 175 miles away and in another state. All concerns were put to rest from my initial phone call until I took delivery. I will be back!

Once I knew I wanted to get a Highlander, I started looking at online reviews to see which dealerships had positive customer feedback as I had previously had a terrible experience at a dealership that was near my home and I was determined not to give them my business again. Falmouth Toyota had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I worked with Maria and she and the rest of the staff were so helpful and treated me with respect. I am so happy with the price, the service and the experience. I kept waiting for something to go wrong because I couldn't imagine a car buying experience where I wasn't left feeling cheated and insulted, but this was amazing. I only wish I lived close enough to have my service done there, but it was definitely worth the drive from Norfolk for the great buying experience. When I buy my next Toyota, I will be back.

I went to Falmouth Toyota because of their great reputation. I was not disappointed. My salesperson provided me with all of the information that I needed to be comfortable that I was getting a fair deal. I intend to use the dealership for service going forward.

Recently my wife and I Leased a 2017 Tacoma. We couldn't have been more please with our expirience. Ken Collings was so nice and helpful and made the act of finding and purchasing a vehicle so easy. We highly recommend Ken, and Amy of the friendly sales associates at Falmouth Toyota. It was also a breeze working with the financing department. I am sorry but I don't remember the gentlemans name, but we chatted about craft beer, and how many Tacomas are on Marthas Vineyard where we live. I am actually looking forward to going back to the dealership to say hi. I'm sure we will again be weltake care of.
