The service department is out to take your money and not
The service department is out to take your money and not to do good service on your car. They have screwed up with servicing our car twice. Tired to sell us services we didn't need and didn't catch issues that were present. Very disappointed with their service!

I wish DealerRater let people give negative stars! I have in all my years of buying cars and being in the business saw anything like this place. I went there because they had a Jeep I really liked and a internet sales person who was fantastic. After I gave a deposit I could not get anyone to return a phone call, text, or email! I waited almost a month and then I went in there planning to leave with the jeep but they again left me standing there over a hour and then when I got mad I said just give me the deposit back... now that was on 12/30/2024 anyone would have thought end of the month, end of the year let's try to save the deal... right? Not Hoffman Toyota they handed me back my deposit and left me again!!! I would have still bought it because I liked it. The only thing they had to do was let me talk to the Sales Manager and vent a little. If this is how they treat people who haven't even picked up the vehicle yet, just imagine how they treat you down the road when you have a problem. No absolutely not would I recommend anyone to them! It was Hoffman Nissans Jeep so I might try them because I still want it.
