I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a

I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a flat until I had other employees asking what my vehicle looked like. Once I confirmed it was unfortunately mine, I reached out to Ken Nelson who was able to pick up my vehicle at my work, put my spare on, take it to their shop, fix my tire (plugged and not replaced!), return my vehicle to my work and sent me an invoice to pay after I got off work. It was like it never even happened and they took care of all the hassle for me! Could have been a really bad day trying to figure that all out after a 13 hour shift. They have amazing customer service! And I didn’t even have to get a new tire! 10/10 recommend!

We purchased a used 2021 vehicle from Ken Nelson Auto Group. I put in a request for information on the vehicle via their website and Brandon called my within 10 minutes. We drove in the next morning and he had it waiting for us at the door for a test drive. The offered us a good trade value for our vehicle and that made it an easy decision to make the trade. Good price, good trade value and easy financing. A+
