Great car!

Great car! Excellent buying experience. Informative salespeople. There is one issue I would recommend the dealer consider. Customers should ALWAYS be given a copy of all documents they sign at the same time they sign them! I had to request a receipt for my initial deposit several times before I was emailed a copy, Then (months later) the deposit was forgotten on the final paperwork. However, I couldn't check myself since I was not given a copy. When I questioned what I thought I remembered, the mistake was corrected, but it could easily have been avoided.

I have leased a new Prius every three years since 2013! Every experience has been beyond my expectation! I have worked with Trish Hunter. One very capable woman! She has been my advocate. She has listened to my financial needs. Her service is exemplary. My new 2022 Prius is beautiful. The performance is all it could and should be! Average mileage is 51.4 mpg! Service package .. love it! Thank you Lee Toyota!

This is a very clean and happy place . No pressure from sales people. We were lucky to get Ashly Ambrose. Very efficient, professional and extremely interested in listening to your wants and needs. You can't beat the dealership with their MSRP policy. No contest with the price of cars today. No gimicks. You ask and you will get an answer. It took us a long time to get to Toyota. So far so good. True to their motto there was no pressure on our sale. That was much appreciated. Values/prices on trade in and purchase seemed off -low on trade in and high on purchase price. we realized the market was dictating some of this. Purchase price was lowered prior to purchase to an agreeable/reasonable price. Very happy with purchase.

Salesman Evan was great, problem was with the sales

Salesman Evan was great, problem was with the sales manger. Anticipating an issue with my trade in value I printed out several estimates from well known, reputable websites (one was on Lee’s own website). Once the new vehicle arrived (after 4 months) they reduced the original estimated trade in value by another $1,000, which was $1,000 to $2,000 below the online estimates. I nearly walked away from the deal, but vowed to take my business elsewhere going forward. I’ve purchased at least a dozen vehicles from Lee and this will most likely be my last.

We are saddened that we were not able to come to an arrangement but wish you luck in your pursuit of a new vehicle.

So dissatisfied, frustrated, and angry.

So dissatisfied, frustrated, and angry.. after an initial inspection and evaluation of my 2018 Toyota 4 runner we agreed on a trade in amount and proceeded to purchase a new rave 4. For 4 months we were never called with updates . Yesterday the car arrived and we were making arrangements to pick up the new car. This morning I was told that I had to bring my 4 runner in to be RE-EVALUATED. When I spoke to DYLAN he was surprised to here we had not been told of this . He said as of the last month it was there new policy. WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM ANYONE EVER, if I had I would have brought my car in for a new evaluation .. But now I feel that they appreciate dishonest, dismissive and lousy business people who know that they can sell the car I waited for over4 months for more money! They should have communicated with me and we could have had a much better outcome

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your thoughts on your recent visit. You are correct we did ask to reappraise your vehicle for trade in value. After four months much can change in the value of a vehicle. We do apologize if this was not communicated to you appropriately during that time. You are correct that we did value your vehicle slightly lower than we did four months ago. This was due to the large increases of gas prices in that time which did change the overall appraisal value. As we are not charging over MSRP the value of the vehicle will not change for the next person who is interested. We are saddened that we were not able to come to an arrangement but wish you luck in your pursuit of a new vehicle.

They got me what I wanted. Arranged time to pick up and everything was set, financing. In and out in 90 minutes!
