I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and New York

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and New York State inspection through the dealership's website. I arrived at the service department slightly before my scheduled time. Art Palazzolo was the service advisor. He reviewed the service history of my car, the work I had now scheduled and checked for any recalls. I mentioned that I had a coupon for a reduced price oil change. Art asked whether I was going to wait, which I did. About an hour later, Art found me in the waiting area and mentioned that everything is O.K. and my car is ready. Upon reviewing the work order, I had a question about the type and quantity of oil mentioned on the work order because it was different from previous oil changes. Art went and spoke with the technician to clarify what was done for the oil change. Art reassured me that the correct oil (which is on the oil cap) and quantity was used. The technician just hit the wrong menu item on the computer screen when preparing the work order. Overall, Art was very professional and seemed genuinely interested in addressing my concerns.

I have all of the maintenance on my 2011 Toyota Camry

I have all of the maintenance on my 2011 Toyota Camry done at Lia Toyota in Colony, NY. Most recently, Richard Grugan, was the service director who managed my service that day. I got the oil change and multipoint service done plus new windshield wipers and I was very satisfied.

Had an early appointment to have my oil changed, tire

Had an early appointment to have my oil changed, tire rotation and an inspection. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Justin Cole. He was extremely friendly and promptly filled out the paperwork and directed me to the waiting area. It was a pleasure doing business with Justin. He cares about what is being serviced on your car. Previous visits have not been so good with other employees. Meeting him has renewed my faith in bringing my vehicle in for service again. He is certainly an asset to your company. I hope in the future, I can work closely with Justin Cole again to keep my vehicle maintained.
