I will never go back
I purchased a used 2019 Hyundai Tucson with 36,000 miles in June 2020. The salesman said it was a certified new preowned car. This year in May, 2022, the service department said I need 4 new rotors and pads. I could not understand how the rotors rusted so quickly. They said I must not drive it much and I break “too hard.” I drive my car everyday on a small island. I think the vehicle was this way when I bought it. I should’ve had it checked. Also, the labor was $173.95 for each axil. Total cost $797.42. I took it in at 11:00 a.m. on 5/12 and got it back on 5/13 at 4:15. They said it would be a one day job.

Had a 2:30 appt to get some mud guards installed on my 22
Had a 2:30 appt to get some mud guards installed on my 22 Corolla; was told it should take less time than that. Research shows it to be about a 30-40 minute job. At just after 4:00 I checked on my vehicle and the service advisor told me that they had not started it yet! I asked what was the point in having a appt? I had taken a ½ day off of work and I was not happy and asked to speak to the svc manager. The svc manager put someone right on it and it was done in about 30 minutes. The service advisor should have told me after an hour or so what was going on...I am putting this out there to hopefully preclude this from happening to someone else

Bad service Dept
The service department is rude!!! The only friendly person is Elizabeth , she has great customer service skills. The men however have NONE. No customer service skills at all or maybe I was just the wrong color. I watched those men speak to everyone except me. I have purchased 4 vehicles for Them and referred several friends and family members. I will NOT purchase another vehicle from them!!
