Great service

Brought my car in for service with Shawn , he was great as usual . He is quick , competent & polite !! Highly recommend him !! Everyone st the dealership is friendly & helpful !!

Service on vehicle and it was very good and fast .

It was great and JC was awesome and told and explained everything to me about what they did to my vehicle and what It will need next service he is a awesome person

The overall experience was great.

The overall experience was great. We were treated like family. Everybody was extremely nice. Jackie Alexander was a great salesman. He told us a lot of information on Toyota that we didn’t know. He also told us alot about the features on the 2022 Toyota Camry TRD.

Service progress link needs work.

Service is always great and super fast when I take my vehicle in. The only issue I have is, the link to track the progress of your vehicle’s service, does not work. I had to go inside and look at the monitor to see how much longer my service was going to take.

Would not let me speak to the tech who ran the tests on

Would not let me speak to the tech who ran the tests on the car, charged to diagnose problem, I’ve never had a dealership do that. The person that we dealt with was extremely rude. I would not recommend this dealership.

Just started looking to see if I wanted to buy a new car.

Just started looking to see if I wanted to buy a new car. Came here bc they advertised no stress shopping and deals.. While I have not yet decided on the brand car I want - I can say the other dealers I will visit will have a hard time beating the customer service I got from Brittany! She went out of her way to help me learn about the cars I may want and there was zero pressure to buy immediately. Everyone was calm and respectful and nothing like a typical dealership who doesn’t want to take time with clients but rather just make the deal and move on. Because of the customer service I received here today with Brittany, I will be more likely to buy here when the time comes. There is more to buying a car than just making a money exchange and this dealer and their sales staff “get it”! Great job Brittany and i-95 Toyota pretty sure I will see you again soon!
