    I had been looking at purchasing a Highlander for a couple of years. When I was ready, and had found exactly what I wanted, I contacted Dylan at Toyota... of Lincoln and he helped me get the vehicle that I wanted, for a very reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable about the Highlander and made our purchase go smoothly!

    We had an exceptional experience with Baxter Toyota. MD was the sales person we worked with. We stopped in on one day with limited amount of time, and... he was very . A couple weeks later when we had more time, we came back to purchase a car. MD we very helpful in making our choice. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We will defintely come back to Toyota and work with MD when we decide to buy again. All the guys we worked with were great to work with. Great customer service. We never once felt pressured. Thank You Baxter Toyota for making our experience a great one!!

    Dylan was a wonderful sales person. I never felt pressure, nor did I feel like he wasn’t interested in explaining my many questions. I went in to test... drive a Highlander, and drove out hours later with a wonderful new car. It was a very smooth process. And can easily recommend Dylan and Baxter Toyota.

    Md provides a great shopping experience. He knows the details about vehicles and will put forth effort to actually find out what the person needs and wants... instead of trying to pressure them into the most expensive vehicle. Car shopping can be brutal if there is high pressure pushy sales and Md will give the shopper an entirely different experience than what they expect from the stereotypical car sales. We are loyal customers and enjoy working with Md and continue to make the choice to always go to Baxter toyota for all of our vehicle needs specifically to work with him.

    Staff went above and beyond. I was in a less than ideal position with my 2014 Lincoln MKZ which had depreciated 10k in less than 2 years. To make matters... worse I am recoving from an unexpected accident that led to an invasive knee surgery. The MKZ was no longer practical because I couldn't get in and out of the car and wouldn't be able to for the foreseeable future. I owed far more than the car was worth and didn't think that I'd be able to get another vehicle. The staff at Baxter Toyota did everything in their power to ensure I was able to get into a 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD. This is a vehicle that I had always wanted, and for a price that was more than reasonable. They knew they were not making a killing off this sale and they still put fourth the effort to make me feel like I was a #1 customer.
