I Just purchased a 2007 Toyota Tundra from Kasum and I was super satisfied. This is the 5th car I bought from Kasum and I have never been disappointed, and always 100% satisfaction. A fabulous experience!

I was trying to track down a new Hybrid Sienna and ended up having the pleasure of working with Tim Tietz and Maria Davison at Baxter Toyota. They went the extra mile to locate the vehicle I wanted and to get it for me quickly. They even delivered it to me in Iowa but the best part was their uplifting attitudes, outstanding communication, and sincere desire to make my car buying experience an awesome one. Keep up the great work Tim and Maria - This was by far the best customer service experience I've had in years and I'm grateful to have been able to work with both of you!

I was really pleased back in 2016 when I first got my...

I was really pleased back in 2016 when I first got my RAV4, from the sales woman to when I get my car serviced. A few days ago, went for standard maintenance. I was informed that I emergently needed front brakes & an alignment. Also, Oil changes with full synthetic oil I don’t need to occur until 10,000 miles. First, I wasn’t born in a barn. My alignment is actually fine. You are not going to get an extra hundred bucks out of me. Second, unless it’s a diesel, you do not allow full synthetic to go 10,000 miles before change. That’s going to cause all sorts of problems, which will cause expensive, extremely expensive repairs. But, there in lies the rub. Baxter Toyota just wants to rack up costs on the customer. As I said, I wasn’t born in a barn yesterday. Now, I know my brakes were going. Don’t try to charge me almost $500 for front brakes alone. I’m not that stupid. Of note, if my brakes were “rusted through“ why wasn’t something said the last time I brought my car in to be serviced? That would have been noticeable immediately. Stay away from Baxter Service Department.

Absolutely not thing one. Wait, there’s ONE thing: STOP treating women like we are complete idiots. Some of us take are vehicles to be serviced to help keep people employed. Those same people know how to do full tune-ups, and a WHOLE LOT MORE on vehicles. Said same people happen to be of the female gender. Translation: stop being misogynistic leaking xxxxxx canoes.
