I have to say that when they Offer a Customer $250.00 for sending a potential Buyer in They Don't Know How To Keep Their Word.. My Spouse bought a New Truck and I went to look and I Bought a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and He has yet to receive the Money he was Promised and I filled out the Paperwork w/Address on it!!
I'm still waiting for my Money that I was told I would receive for sending My Spouse in and She purchased a New/Used Car with 4600 miles on it and I purchased a New Truck with less than 50 miles on it and I have been waiting for well over 5 1/2 months so what seems to be the Problem? I'm not ever going to send anyone else in..
Jayden is the Young Man who Sold us both Vehicles I have nothing to say about him he was Awesome at his Job I just Wish The Management could be like Him. Polite, Courteous and He Actually Cared about the People He Was Trying To Sell A Vehicle To!!!!

Tammy was awesome.
Tammy was awesome... very knowledgeable in helping me buy the vehicle that was great for me....I was a little nervous about buying a truck....but I got a good feeling just working with Tammy.....everything was taken care of in one day....she even delivered the truck to my home as I was driving another vehicle....she just made it so easy and more comfortable buying a vehicle....went above and beyond...thank you Tammy for all of the help....I love my truck....was clean and a full tank of gas.....

I have been purchasing cars from this dealership for over
I have been purchasing cars from this dealership for over 10 years. Never in my wildest dreams would i have ever thought of them as unethical, etc.... I went in on Friday, 03/14 and was able to reach a deal with the salesman for a certain car at a certain price with certain options. They said they had to get it from another Ford Store and that it had the exact options requested. We returned to this dealership on 03/18 to pick up the new car. As it turned out everything, they had said about the car was almost all lies. It was missing the very options i had requested and they said were on this car. If that was not bad enough. The document we had signed on Friday were changed to the tune of over 2500.00 more on Tuesday. They made no mention of the change which is what an honest dealership would have done. Instead, they were going to let us walk out of the dealership without even telling us the price and the numbers had changed. When i read the documents before taking delivery, i found the erroneous information and brought it to their attention. They callously treated it as nothing and was very nonchalant about the whole thing. I do realize that things can happen, but this was done purposely. When i canceled the purchase,. the salesman asked for the thumb drive with the bad numbers back and i denied his request. I am keeping both as proof of this dastardly deed done by the Roundtree Moore Ford Dealership in Lake City Florida. I shall also allow Ford Motors of this dastardly deed. If you are in the market for a new car stay away from this dealership. I believe there are other reliable and honorable dealership around. "Just a Word of Caution!" The Team that handled our transaction were, Emmett, Aaron and Trent. "Stay Away!" George and Marie Williams

Service after sale is bad.
Service after sale is bad. No one will call you back. Sales never ordered my we owe touch up paint and their service department will not give a loaner for warrantee work and i live outside their shuttle area. This is on a brand new F350 Limited.
