Jordy was great to work with and took the extra steps to provide all answers and details. Anyone else over the last few months didn't even give me the time of day because I wanted to buy a $50k truck. When other dealers saw me, they didn't think I could afford it. Jordy took the extra time to focus on the answers and details. For that, I purchased a $50k truck with them. Thank you Jordy

I have made car purchases from this dealership 2017.

I have made car purchases from this dealership 2017. I am what they called a Loyal customer. Not anymore. The Service department is one of the best around. The Problem is the sale and finance departments. They call you to make a deal and when you arrive expecting toi proceed as discussed on the call. They change the game on you. The lies start. The cars are overpriced to begin with and then they try to get you to buy expensive Junk addons. The one they try to seel is called Advantage. I know because i feel for the scam on a previous purchase. "STAY AWAY" from these scam artists. I am telling everuy one i know to stay away from this dealership. The folks who knew how to treat a customer are no longer working there. I asked to see the Number when i first arrived and never got them from this salesperson. . G. L. w

It’s hard to leave a review.

It’s hard to leave a review. Maybe complete this in different sections. Vincent our salesman was phenomenal, helping us walk away with what we wanted. It’s the aftermath that has been the ongoing issue. Seems as though they can’t get it together behind the sales line. Trade in vehicle took forever to get paid off and now temp tag has expired with no DMV contact. Try to call dealership and they don’t return calls. Currently sitting on hold now for over 15 minutes waiting on finance. Guess they decided to go home. As long as they get that sale, they don’t care about the backend it seems. I would love for the GM to contact me.

Missing running boards

Everything was great until truck showed up with missing running boards and only one key. Two months later I’m out $450 bucks and no help. Picture was old I was told. When you buy on line what you see should be what you get. One key, really.
