Awesome service

Ford Focus

I was looking for a Fuel efficient vehicle to travel back and forth to work. Mike Miles introduced me and my wife to Alan Boyd. He showed us a few vehicles and we decided on a pre-owned 2014 Ford Focus. We truly feel we received a great deal. We were in and out in less than 2 hours, couldn't ask for a better experience. I would like to extend my thanks to Mike Miles and Alan Boyd. I have already told several people and plan on informing more of our experience.

For once great service

I always said I would never do business with this place again but we gave it one more shot and Lori Hewitt at Kia made a new customer she was a great sales lady she worked hard for us and got us out our 2014 Kia Sorrento with high interest to a brand new 2016 Sorrento with low interest we are very pleased with the service she provided and the new car thank u Lori Hewitt from the Davis family

Lori Hewitt is AMAZING !

Lori Hewitt is awesome! Lori has sold us a few cars and we've loved each one. She always makes it so easy for us and she always knows what we want. We don't know what we'd do without Lori and she really works hard to get the right price for us. We won't go anywhere else because we are happy at Rountree Moore under Lori's wonderful care. Lori makes buying a car a positive and fun experience and we are so happy with our beautiful new Lincoln.

Your small-town dealer,The best in the Business?

I spent less than 2 hours buying a car at this dealership(my 4th).It would have been faster had I not arrived unexpected and at closing hour. An outside outage slowed it down just a bit.. I took my bad@$$ new fusion home that night. parked it in the garage glow. it was nice the painted custom pinstripe complimented the body. Tammy, Tiffanni, Finance and Crew did a Great job. Down to the Detail Crew that stayed late to detail the car for me. By late I mean Hours after they usually go home. Tammy was a pleasure. She was patient, efficient and streamlined the whole process. I got EVERY bit of info I needed from her about the car. HIGHLY recommend. <Thanks to the family for being patient>. I'm really Enjoying the new fusion. It does and has so many things its awesome. BUTTTTT!!!!!! You didn't TINT the windows for me!!!!?????.... its Florida, its HOTTT! I have beautiful black leather seats, it burns man! other than that everything has been awesome!

I was happy that they only took a couple hours to replace my pillars on my explorer and I had it back within the time I asked!
