They lie to you bout everything. When I needed my car to pick up my husband from hospital they had to get sticker and a couple of dings fixed the car was not ready had no way to pick up husband from hospital, they offered me no help no rental nothing to help me out I called several times each time a new manager with different story. Most importantly when I picked up car no sticker no dings fixed. The r xxxx of the earth.

Service Department swindle. My pre-paid (“free”) extended maintenance service cost me $127. Quite a scam. Got it partially reduced & they blamed it on a computer glitch after a 20 minute runaround. Not to mention they did not address a warning light I mentioned as a safety concern. Went there for a 4 pm appt and they pushed me out the door at 5. Went back 10 minutes later and doors locked & no one home. Felt like a classic bait & switch to me.

Ron Battista was our salesman for our new 2020 Corolla XLE; very professional, helpful, has helped us purchase our last 4 vehicles. Highly recommend him.

This is the second car that I have leased from Rt. 44 Toyota, and the second time that I have worked with Ron Battista and Joel Delillo. Ron has always made my wife and me feel comfortable before, during and after the sale. He has been congenial over the past three years, when I came in for service, etc., which led to a second sale for him and the dealership. Joel has also done a great job making us comfortable during the financial part of the sale. He always offered "add-ons" without excess pressure to buy. The service department has always been courteous as well as efficient. The rare problems that I have had with my Venza have been solved quickly, and the routine maintinance has always been handled without a problem. The service staff is always courteous and ready to assist.

We have purchased several Toyotas over the past 12 years. The friendly and professional services rendered by Ron Battista and his "team" (administrative, financial)was,, by far,the best we have ever experienced. It was quite a surprise to have go buy a vehicle and feel like family! All in all i pretty much knew what I wanted and Ron my salesperson made it a breeze from there.
