DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. AND YOU CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE UNLESS YOU DIAL THE EXTENSION FOR SALES. TOOK MY CAR THIS MORNING FOR A ONE DAY SERVICE FOR A RECALL. FIRST ONE IN THE SHOP. NOW THEY ARE ACTING LIKE THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOR GETTING MY CAR IN 1 DAY. THEY LIE. DON'T GO!!

We recently bought a Toyota highlighter at the Baytown

We recently bought a Toyota highlighter at the Baytown dealership. We had the best experience ever!! Our sales representative Christopher Villegas made everything so easy and smooth, not just that he was very kind, helpful, understood our needs but he also gave us the best deal possible. Thank you Christopher! We are so happy with our purchase. I extremely recommend Toyota dealership in Baytown and special ask for Christopher as your salesman.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would, hands-down the worst buying experience I've ever had with any dealership. I don't see how this dealership stays in business with the way they treat customers.

Used Car Buyer Beware

Just recently purchased a vehicle and was not told or aware of it being a previous Hertz rental vehicle. I paid the price of a 1 user trade-in. NOT a Hertz rental vehicle price. I was trying to avoid purchasing a rental vehicle since I was seeing so many listed on Toyota websites. I mentioned about it being a local trade-in, thinking it was, but sales did not "know" it was a previous Hertz rental vehicle. The price paid and the future trade-in will be hit due to this Hertz rental. The sales Manger Fernando, did nothing other than try to continue to sell me on trading it in the future to Community Toyota....go figure. He did not want to allow me to return the vehicle for a 1 owner non rental vehicle, which I was looking for. And would have paid more for. He told me nobody cares about buying Hertz or Enterprise rental vehicles.(I don't know you guys reading tell me?) Either way, make sure you do your own research on a used vehicle from this dealer and don't believe anything they tell you....Like any other stealership. I still have yet to find a dealership that actually wants to work with their customers or keep a customer base.

Great shopping experience

Efrain Castillo was 10 stars hands down..great person you have to stop by and check him out. The experience I had with this young man was wonderful he cared about how I felt he cared about what I needed And he conquered it that's what kind of person you need in sales thanks again Efrain

Quick and easy purchase

Recently purchased a RAV4 Hybrid from Community Toyota of Baytown. Set appointment to test drive the RAV4. Diego Rivera was our sales person. He had the car ready and waiting. He was very friendly and helpful. He helped get us what we wanted on our trade in and also helped get the payment that we needed. I'd definitely go back and buy another vehicle from him and this dealership. No pressure and the price was lower than other dealerships that I checked out online.
