Good experience purchasing car

I really appreciated Toyota of Grand Rapids and Alfredo Castillo making the process of purchasing a vehicle run very smoothly. Everyone was very helpful and straightforward.

Slowwwww

Very slow oil change shouldn’t take 1 hour 20 minutes not sure why the people who park the car leave the paper mat and plastic seat cover in the vehicle but the service writer did remove it for me. He was new and could not answer the questions I had with problems in my Tundra I guess I need to make another appointment

Do Not Recommend

I received an email generated as a result of my visit of the dealership's website that indicated my trade in, a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with very low miles, was worth between $58,205 and $61,777 and to please call for an appointment. I made an appointment with Emmy (who turned out to be a call site operator) and test drove a car that I was interested in. The salesperson said they had valued my vehicle at $44,000. She did not indicate any condition issues, mileage, or any problem at all. I inquired why the figure didn't match the price range that was in the email that I received but the only explanation I got was "that's what the dealership was willing to pay." Being more than $16,000.00 away from an ideal trade figure is not a good starting point for negotiation, so I expressed my disappointment and left the dealership. I checked the trip odometer on my vehicle, and it appeared to be exactly as I had left it. It had become a habit to check it frequently as I was confirming the electric vs gas range of my hybrid. Since my car did not appear to have been moved, I doubt they even looked at it while I was on my test drive. Also, the car I wanted had a sticker price that was $1,955.00 over manufacturer MSRP! The dealership earned zero stars that day but this review site requires me to award at least one. Be careful, or better yet, stay away. There are much better dealerships out there.

Oil change

My service was prompt and courteous. I did attempt again to schedule online. This is the second time it did not work . Might consider fixing this problem or removing this option.

Excellent service, highly recommended, profesional

Once again, perfect

Cooper did a professional getting my car ready for service to take over. Kept me informed on progress and completion. Explained all charges, (everything was normal). The appointment went smoothly, comfortable waiting. Good experience

I was in for routine service which was delivered in timely fashion and done courteously and professionally by Charlotte. It was completed ahead of the estimated time.
