Pleased customer

Service is always outstanding. I have been coming here for regular maintenance and repair for years. Service staff is always right on top of everything. Very fair price and exceptional staff and service.

Oil change and new battery

Very good service, Aaron was very professional. He explained all the options for my car. Evert one was very friendly, work was finished quickly. The waiting room is quite comfortable.

Power steering fluid leak

Service was excellent from initial phone answering to timeliness of getting my car in to follow-up phone calls to finishing the work required. I took my Nissan to this Toyota dealership because of numerous problems with Fox Nissan service department. I’m a former Toyota owner and have always been very satisfied with Toyota service. Bruce Diamond is professional and courteous .

Lying to Avoid Repair Under Warranty

Previously repaired wheel bearing failed within a year. Took it back, waited two hours, only to be told it was due to a faulty tire. Turned out tire was fine. Eventually returned to hear that it *was* the wheel bearing. Relieved to hear, yet they would not recognize the visit before, so wanted to charge another $700 to fix it. Battled for twenty minutes, until they offered to fix it for free. Finally! Had similar experience three years prior with ill-repaired brakes. I was so mad, I took it to my wife’s mechanic, who knew why brakes wore out pre-maturely. I do not like being lied to by Toyota of Grand Rapids to avoid fixing their mistakes.

Great service

I brought my car in for a 90K-mile check-up. The service rep Robert told me which discount coupon to use for the service, and since the shuttle had already left he called an Uber both to take me home and bring me back to pick up my car. Great service and price.

Routine maintenance

Use this dealership for routine maintenance but try to avoid it for other repairs if possible. Expensive place to have your vehicle worked on. People are friendly and treat you well enough but I stay away if at all possible.

Don’t trust the sales mgr Dusten

Dusten the sales mgr tried to back out on a agreed upon deal. If it wasn’t for me asking to work with the general mgr I would have lost out on the negotiated deal I had. I had a great experience with Issac in sales and like I said, thank god for the general manger. In the end I got a fair deal no thanks to Dusten.

Speedy

Fast and speedy service checkup. Rotating tires and overall checkup went a lot faster than we expected. Our service man super polite explains everything. Actually like going and having my car serviced
