My parents told me about Toyota. I went in not having high expectations, but they offered a 2016. Even though I decided to go down to a 2011. They made sure the car was clean and ready for me to test drive. The first car I wasn't to thrilled about I went online then called the sales rep AL LUKE about another vehicle. The next day after I got off work I headed up to Toyota. When I arrived he had the car ready for me to test drive. They also had all the paperwork ready for me if that was the car I decided to go with. The car only had one key but my sales rep got me another with no extra charge. The process was easy. They had refreshments and was very friendly. They even have a play room where my daughter was able to play while I talked to the sales person. They wanted to know what monthly payments I wanted to pay? I much overall? They even had my plate for my car so I didn't have to go wait at the Secretary of State. I have had some bad experiences with call lots. Toyota of Grand Rapids was very nice, clean, polite, and there to help me.

Recently purchased a new Tundra through Paul Gruber. What I really enjoy about Paul is that he is not pushy at all. He helped with my questions every time I called him.

Went in to look at new Toyota's after my old one got totaled. The staff was very friendly and the sales rep didn't push too hard, just gave me all the information, quoted me a price and then let me make the decision. I ended up leaving very happy and with a new car I liked and fit all my needs.

All of my visits to Toyota of Grand Rapids have been great, but thanks to Brad Demott, my last service visit was excellent. He went above and beyond to help solve and explain my car's service issues, as well as being incredibly patient and thorough in ensuring their coverage under warranty. My three young children love visiting Toyota and playing in their playroom, which is completely closed off and safe. And it's not bad for me either, a nice Starbucks coffee and a magazine while my kids play away. Brad was very sensitive to the fact that I had kids with me and got my car out to me in a timely manner. I could not have been more pleased or thankful for a wonderful experience.

Once again Bruce Diamond and his Team took care of us. It is well worth the drive from Mason to Grand Rapids

I recently to our Toyota RAV back to the Dealer. What I thought was an exhaust repair turned our to be a major engine repair I thought I was looking at buying another vehicle. Bruce Diamond and crew was able to complete the repair. I used a rental car for a couple of days. But when the repair was completed the RAV was like new. Thanks Bruce and Crew. You made us feel like you really cared. Well worth the drive from Mason, MI to Grand Rapids. 73's

I recently brought my Toyota Highlander in for an oil change and 50,000 mile check up. The whole process went very smooth and I was very happy with the results. Bruce Diamond is very friendly...we always enjoy doing business with him. We highly recommend him!
