I have had my Corolla for almost 10 years .So I have dealt with a few of the guys at the service Desks. Unfortunately I quit using the service Dept because of very pushy and aggressive ppl behind the desk. But my car had a recall so I was forced to go back to the Toyota service department which I was dreading . But to my suprise Vern Hall took care of everything , He was super nice ,Helpful, and Happy to serve me .Didn't push anything on me it was a wonderful experience ....I will go back again

I was very pleased with the service I received on my last visit to Toyota of Grand Rapids, which has always been the case when my vehicle is serviced there. The professional staff who work there, have always been courteous and considerate of my needs. My personal Service Professional at Toyota is Sean Bier Hobbs; he is absolutely outstanding in not only organizing and referencing needed service for my vehicle, but also displays an exceptional command of knowledge, related to the specific vehicle model. As most will attest: the time spent during the attempted sale of a vehicle by an auto dealer, is usually when their personnel extend their greatest effort in attempting to please a customer. Due to my experience with Sean, I have to say that the attention provided to me during and up to the time of the sale, when I purchased my vehicle, has continued through three years since. It is a remarkable testament to what I call: "the Toyota of Grand Rapids experience." ...showing concern, committing to customers' needs. Keep up the great work!!

Warranty work
Ron Jones did a great job getting me in and out and checked my vehicle thoroughly beyond what I came in for. My warranty fix was done in a much quicker time than I had expected and he found my cabin filter was filthy and had it changed out as well for a reasonable price. Thanks for the great service.

Tara, was my sales person. She was one of the most personable sales people I have ever dealt with. She explained all aspects of the car I was interested in. She was very professional yet not pushy in any way. I never felt she was just interested in the sale, but in getting me the car I was most able to afford and was the best value. I have mentioned her to friends who are interested in purchasing or leasing a car. Finally, when I had purchased the car she took plenty of time to explain all of the special options on the car.Highest praise for Tara.

Review of RAV4
I have been a devoted Camry buyer for 30 years. As much as I loved Camrys, this fall I decided to buy a RAV4 . I love my RAV4. Great view of the road, easy handling, gets me through snow that bogged down my Camry, user friendly dashboard. Tara Hemler in sales gave me excellent guidance. She explained all my options, but never pushed me. She also followed up with a couple of phone calls to check that I was satisfied with the vehicle. I recommend her enthusiastically. From now on it is just RAV4s for me!

I arrived after the parts department had closed. The parts manager, Jim Vaughn, actually came back and opened the parts department so I could get the part I needed! Amazing service Thank you Jim!!!!!
