Great service department

The service department personnel have always been very knowledgeable and helpful. Blaine Bensyl was my most recent service writer. He was prompty and attentive, explained as I was checking out, there was a new problem, not serious yet but should be addressed, that the department found during the oil change. It was a warranty service so he explained the next service call would need to be authorized. I am dropping the car off early, getting a shuttle to and from work that day and know the work will be completed when I pick the car up again. My Avalon is the finest car I have ever owned and the Grand Rapids service department is top notch .

2014 Toyota Corolla

I will probably be back to have the air added to the spare tire in my trunk as it has been a chronic problem since I purchased this brand new car in May of 2014. The moment I turn the key it is the first light that comes on.

Great customer care.

This was the second car we have purchased from Toyota of Grand Rapids and the service continues to be superior. We had Darren Harold as our salesman and he was wonderful. Non pushy but very knowledgable with answering our questions. He also figured out the best route for us to purchase a car. Buy vs lease. We really appreciated his effectiveness in making sure that everything was ready and waiting for us. Our Toyotas usually last us many, many years but if we need another I know where I am going. Always outstanding service

I brought my Son's Toyota Venza in for repair and Ben was my service man. He continues to give me outstanding service every time I go there. Chris also gives me outstanding service. They have gone out of their way to make my experience there exceptional. I live in South Haven and there are other Toyota dealers that are closer to me however I choose to go to Toyota of Grand Rapids because of the excellent service from Ben and Chris. My son agree's and he has stated that he wants to bring his Toyota Venza, that he just got used, into the Toyota of Grand Rapids. I did recommend this dealer to my son. Bneta Davido

Very good overall experience

Bought a new car in October 2015 - staff was accommodating of busy schedule on our end and straightforward in price negotiations. Darren Harrold kept in great contact and was very responsive to all inquiries. My only complaint was too many "follow-up" calls by other sales staff after my initial inquiry - no need to call every day to see if I remain interested. But overall the experience was very good and I'd recommend the dealership to a friend.

Great New Car

Thank you Al Luke for all your help with our first car purchase. I really appreciate the time you took to talk about my car buying opportunities and your no pressure attitude.
