The staff is amazing, they knew what they were talking

Incredibly unprofessional and arrogant.
Incredibly unprofessional and arrogant. Was trying to negotiate via email with some researched numbers and was berated in such a condescending manner (we're Toyota and don't need your business). Direct quotes from the exchange: "You can't see me, but I'm literally facepalming. SO, in order to help bring you out of the ignorance of AI,...." "...it does make a difference as to why the vehicle is being discounted as it is, which I hope I don't have to explain in the "Supply vs Demand" economy." "And let's be honest, you're only upset because you didn't like what I had to say, not how I said it, and you were not going to buy the Toyota anyway. (I understand. Your reaction was what I expected.)"

Young Kim was very helpful and attentive.
Young Kim was very helpful and attentive. He did his best to help us get the car that I wanted and did everything possible that I left happy and satisfied. Not only that but his managers were also very helpful everyone was great.

Greeted immediately when entered. Person found our salesman immediately. Sales person was excellent . Set up phone in car. Went over everything that was done. Explained how certification worked.
