I was very pleased with the communication and service which Joe Huncken provided to me for servicing my Sienna. He kept me well informed on what work needed to be performed in regard to my original concerns and followed up on providing me the status of the repair during the day to its completion.

I was called in for an oil change via text and phone
I was called in for an oil change via text and phone calls. I made the appointment and come to find out an oil change was not needed. Just a tied rotation (my car had less than 3,500 miles on it) Zack informed me the first oil change is at 10,000 miles? But that’s not what anyone else at Toyota advised. So which is it? I was told at 5,000 miles. Further, they added a sticker to my vehicle advising the next oil change in 5,000 miles. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH TOYOTA?!
