Lincoln helped me buy just the car I wanted. After 5 months it turned out to be a lemon! Those things happen. Everyone, from Lincoln to Toyota workers, Chris and Ty, in other parts of the country, made the process of dealing with this as smooth as possible. Lincoln sold me a new Toyota. He was thoughtful, responsive to emails, brought others in when needed, was attentive to details. I knew he wanted me to be happy with the car I bought. And he did it with me twice in one year!

I've been coming to WRT for 3+ decades.

I've been coming to WRT for 3+ decades. Pricing on service and repairs is a bit steep compared to local mechanics but the work has always been first rate and the service excellent. Kimberly Harrington, long our service rep, has been extraordinarily helpful, friendly and thoughtful. She makes it a pleasure to go in. Jeremy has been an excellent mechanic and has taken the time to carefully explain a number of difficult issues. Lincoln, the sales rep he we worked with on the recent purchase of our RAV was also excellent, Lincoln took the initiative to contact us about a possible trade in. From the very beginning he was clear about the pricing issue and the options. No high pressure sales talk, just calm explanations about the options and the pros and cos. He was meticulous in helping us choose the kind of RAV we wanted and in getting all the details right on the order. He kept us informed about the timing of delivery at every stage. And he was helpful and clear about the details on the day the trade in occurred. His gentle, friendly and honest ways and clear explanations throughout the process made him a pleasure to work with.
