Lincoln Newton at White River Toyota did an excellent job

Lincoln Newton at White River Toyota did an excellent job of connecting me with the Final Edition Supra that I had been searching for. I traveled 260 miles based on the trust he provided through emails and phone conversations. My trip was well worth it and Lincoln came through as promised. It was great to do business with him and the whole staff at White River Toyota. I look forward to working with them again.

This is an excellent and well run dealership.

This is an excellent and well run dealership. I purchased a car through sales consultant Lincoln Newton, who did an outstanding job. I traveled from out of state, so it required trust on my part that things would work out, and I was very pleased with the result. The car and details of the transaction were as promised, Lincoln had the paperwork all prepared, and Luke followed up quickly and efficiently. It was all so effortless and I was back on the road with my new car in record time. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff, and look forward to doing business with them in the future. It was well worth the trip.

You hear horror stories about buying cars.

You hear horror stories about buying cars. Pressure tactics, runarounds, that weird game where everyone disappears to "talk to the manager." None of that here. John was straightforward, knowledgeable, and funny without trying too hard, just a legitimately easy person to work with. He answered every question, didn't push, and kept things moving without making it feel rushed. The whole transaction was painless in a way that almost felt suspicious, like I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did. I'm pretty sure if I'd asked this guy to do a backflip to close the deal, he would have at least considered it, and knowing how the rest of this went, he probably would've nailed it first try. Whatever White River Toyota is paying him, it's not enough. Same goes for everyone else I dealt with there. Great experience from start to finish.

When I sat down with Sheldon to talk about what I wanted

When I sat down with Sheldon to talk about what I wanted in a new car, I felt immediately comfortable because he was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and sincere. I never felt rushed nor did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions. I would recommend his to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from WRT.

I’m new.

I’m new. I only have the experience of buying what I think is a great car. I had the funds so there was no pressure on any issue. The salesperson , Sheldon, was relaxed, informed, didn’t pressure me. He was totally helpful and friendly. I hope that my future relationship will be as fine as the start!
