The quality of service in the service dept was excellent....

The quality of service in the service dept was excellent. Dana is always friendly, pkeasant and accommodating. Waiting 3 and 1/2hours was not an issue ,given the service needed. Unable to wear a mask, I was prepared to sit outside,but was told it was ok to sit in the lounge. After 3hours and 20 minutes of sitting inside , it was indicated that I could not be sitting inside without a mask. Yes, a mask was offered ,but i told them twice I could not wear a mask. It was not so much that I had to move,but the way in which I was approached,that irritated me. My suggestion to you is to have a special place for people who can't wear a mask....seperate from those who can. Outside,enclosed tents would work,too. Winter is coming and it is cold outside, so if you really care so much for your customers.... Service department: 5 star Other: 0 star

Sheldon sold me a RAV4 which I’m very happy with. I felt he was low-pressure, honest, and personable. The whole staff was also very tolerant of my toddler’s presence during the buying process. Would definitely return to WRT for my next vehicle!

I choose to drive 100 miles round trip in order for my vehicle to be serviced by this dealer. Their scheduling and estimate time of repair have always been right on the button. It is very nice to work with the same repair scheduler every time.
