Service person helped me as I am handicappped by completing paperwork for10000 mile checkup and explai ing in detail afterwards everything they covered and what everything meant.

There isn’t a person at this dealership that doesn’t work hard isn’t friendly and won’t do anything to make your deal the best it can be. I needed things wrapped up by a certain date they worked hard to make sure that they were even in these trying times when it’s hard to find a new car.

Had an 11:30 appointment and after an hour and 15 minutes I had to ask status. Wanted to do a recall that was unknown that would’ve take another hour plus. Total time was an hour and a half and had I not asked i would’ve been there close to 3 hours.

I always appreciate the prompt, professional service provided by Wilson Toyota of Ames. I've been a customer for over 25 years and have never been anything but happy.

I had never been to this dealership prior to this experience, yet after my son’s vehicle was hit they were great at communicating. We had a good experience although GM has back ordered windshields they kept us informed on everything going on.
