Logan checked me in for the service. He showed me a special that Wilson’s was offering on my car’s brake pads. Sounded like a smart thing to do. He said that it would take take an hour or two. Car was ready as promised. I also appreciated the ride that Doug provided to take me home.

Service team did a great second effort in locating a hard-to-find problem. Nick found the issue, explained the problem, and offered suggestions on the repair. Outstanding results!

The service appointment was fine but the shuttle was not convenient. I dropped my car off early for my appointment and was planning to leave it for the afternoon. The shuttle was gone for more than half an hour. I eventually called my son to come pick me up.

The service was superb. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and honest. We needed repairs at the collision center and we were due for servicing. It was taken care of efficiently. They kept us informed of progress and their estimation of cost and time was spot on. We would use them again and strongly recommend them to anyone needing Toyota dealer services. We had to drive from out of town for their services but it was well worth it.
