replace switch to plug in phone and heated seats

were not real friendly and could have been much nicer. I was that mad that I pretty much lost it!

This was the easiest and fastest car-buying experience

This was the easiest and fastest car-buying experience we've ever had - it was incredible. Joe Pritz, sales, was exceptional. He was honest, respectful of our time, and extremely knowledgeable. Nicholas Good, finance, ensured our purchase flowed smoothly, we knew exactly what we were paying for, and was willing to take all the time and explanations needed to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. We also had a post-purchase follow up visit with Morgan Kring to ensure we were comfortable with our car, its technology and the service center. Like her co-workers, she was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable and confident in our new car. The location itself is easily accessible, has clear customer parking in front, and is incredibly clean and comfortable, including plenty of snacks and drinks while you wait. All staff present were very pleasant with their interactions. Truly, we do not have a negative thing to say. We will definitely be recommending Steve Moyer to all.

Joshua Bethea was the most knowledgeable car

Joshua Bethea was the most knowledgeable car salesperson/brand specialist I have ever worked with. He was passionate about the vehicle I was interested in, and took the time to teach me everything I needed to know - although my new Forster had too many details for me to remember the first day. Joshua was enthusiastic, patient, and professional. I will definitely return to him and Steve Moyer Subaru the next time I buy a vehicle.

FIRST RATE DEALERSHIP

I can’t say enough about this dealership! All their employees are so personable. John Pietrowski, our service advisor was outstanding in managing a huge problem we had with our car. They offered us a free loaner for the couple of weeks it took to obtain the necessary parts. He kept us informed of progress every step of the way. Polite knowledgeable and thorough! I’ll never go anywhere else for sale or service. THANKS STEVE MOYER AND JOHN!!!
