I’ve been a customer for three years.

I’ve been a customer for three years. The sales department is fantastic. Service has gone downhill. Paying for work not performed, upselling in customer area, and incompetent service. I had 30,000 mi sev done… everything was supposedly great for over $500. Next oil change went to a competitor and showed basically black and debris covered filters 3 months later? I changed them. Decided to go back to Moyer for oil change…and questioned what encompasses a multi point inspection and filters amazingly covered? Mmmm? Had inspection done at another garage and showed my air filter totally ruined… was it checked or destroyed? Got the usual let us know how we are doing- sent email and requested a call and heard NOTHING! Don’t be fooled by nice talking employees…. Be mindful of what us being done and what you are paying for

Great service! Work done on time. Very capable personnel. Very clean, waiting area. Would recommend to anyone..

I would recommend this Dealership 1000 times over they are call patient not pushy very understanding and cooperative and very explanatory and explaining how their vehicles work their financing works and everything about them. It’s just perfect

Our salesman Scott Fisher did a terrific job helping my

Our salesman Scott Fisher did a terrific job helping my wife and I the car we really wanted. The color we wanted was not in stock but was in route to the dealership. Scott kept us informed as to when the car would be there and when we could pick it up. All the paperwork went smoothly and everyone was very polite and helpful to answer any questions. This is our fourth Subaru from Steve Moyer and other family members purchased vehicles do to our recommendations!

Love my new Ascent

The whole process of buying our new car at Steve Moyer was wonderful. Tom, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted in a car. I would highly recommend Steve Moyer to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle.
